It was very well thought out and we had one issue with the hot tub and it was immediately handled.

Lovely home, beautifully furnished and stocked. Three generations enjoying pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dinners around the table that seats all of us. Your home brings nonstop smiles to all!!

This house is fabulous!. Very Clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Wonderful layout and the best stocked house we have ever stayed at. Everything we needed was available and available for a large group. Beds and linens were great. Plenty towels for bathing and the pool. Enjoyed the fire pit, too. Hosts were very responsive. Definitely a 5 star stay in every way.

Great location and set up. House was very clean and organized. Plenty space to relax in groups around the house from living room area to screened in porch to around the pool. Host was awesome with communication prior to visit as well as during.

The house was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious. It was the perfect choice for our golf trip, bringing everyone together in one place instead of having us scattered across resorts. The whole group had an amazing experience. The home was spotless and exactly as advertised, which is why I can see why this listing consistently receives a perfect rating. Rick and Laura were great to communicate with—smooth and responsive from the booking process all the way through our stay. Large space and enough bedrooms for all the adults and kids. Pool and backyard patios were awesome. Driveway was tough to get in and out of with large suvs. Very hard to turnaround and we were not able to use neighbors driveways.

We were on a girls trip & found the house to be comfortable, the pool & hot tub to be lovely. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out with room to spare. The kitchen & great room have lots & lots of seating. We all felt we would love to come back with our families.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was spacious enough for all 6 adults and 6 children, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very responsive and provided clear directions on everything, which made settling in a breeze. The location is great - easy access to beaches, restaurants, and ice cream spots! The pool was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

House is amazing, everything you needed. Pool was one of the best we gave stayed at. Loved the covered pirch and screened in porch. The kids spent alot of time on the screened in porch, it was really comfortable with the fan. Only downside to it is the full 10 minute walk to the beach with no sidewalks. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and well stocked. The pool and pool furniture was fantastic.

Everything was perfect. Owners thought of everything that can help make our stay wonderful and easy. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Loved the pool!! We had 15 adults and a 1 year old. We never felt cramped in - always enough room and spaces to get away for a little quiet time. Quick trip to the beaches and downtown.We all loved our stay here.

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Hosts were great! Spared no expense building the home and pool area!!!

This clean, modern home is fabulous!! It is really beautiful... We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our family of 14 ranging from 15 months to 62 yr old!! Most of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with comfy mattresses and bedding. The pool and hot tub was especially a hit for all of us and the outdoor shower a plus. This home is really lovely!! Laura and Rick also promptly answered our questions and were very helpful...Thank you!!

The house was perfect for extended family. Our nephew got engaged and we had many to feed at the celebration dinner. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of place settings and beautiful serving dishes. We so enjoyed the porches, pool, hot tub and beach! We rented a golf cart and that was so much fun to explore the island with!

Celebrated with children, their spouses and grandchildren. The place was amazing. It had all the amenities and more.

this is our second year in a row...we LOVE this house and it fits our blended family perfectly. Pool was chilly in March but the HOTTUB was PERFECT!! We have kickball tournament every year across the street at the little park that has small skate park and a playground....and its seriously right across the street. We walk to dinner one night at Fiddlers and walk to the Beach just a 10 minute walk and the COTTAGE coffee shop is on the way to beach... oh and there are so many restaurants and a drive thru liquor store just a couple blocks away!!We will be back next year!!

House was amazing. Very nice high-end home. Most well stocked home of any we have ever rented. Did not need anything. Close to everything you want to do. Hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend this place. When we go back to St. Simons Island this will be the first place we check to see if it is available.

This home is absolutely stunning! There were 8 of us girls there. With 6 bedrooms, we had plenty of space. The screen porch was a favorite of ours. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This home is beautiful! Many thoughtful extras to ensure that your visit is very comfortable (good beds too!). One example: we lost power due to the hurricane but we still had nightlights (even in the bathrooms) because the owners added rechargeable large lights - wow. Wonderful location & kind owner who checked in to make sure we had what we needed during the outage. THANK YOU!!

Our team of 7 stayed here as a retreat and to plan for our business in 2025. When I was looking for a home to rent, I really wanted something on the beach. This home kept coming up on my search, so I took a leap of faith. This home has a ton of space and comes equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time there even down to beach towels that I had forgotten. The beds were very comfortable, the multiple gathering space were perfect, and the backyard was so peaceful. We didn't one time miss the fact that we weren't looking at the water, and we hope to come back again next year!

This was our third time staying here and, as always, had a wonderful visit. We were there with our 5 adult children, son in law, 2 daughters in law and our 1 yr old granddaughter. Plenty of room for everyone. The well appointed kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, having a laundry room is fantastic and the beautiful pool is always enjoyable. I would have to say the location of the house is perfect. We ride bikes everywhere and to dinner most evenings. Tons of close by public beach accesses. Communication with the owners is excellent .

We LOVED this house! Everything was in excellent condition, I especially loved the comfy beds! We had a party of 15 ranging from 6 to 75 yrs. Everyone had their own space when needed and we loved gathering on the back porch each night to watch the kids swim and enjoy a cocktail! We plan to be back next year!
