Newbury Cottage is an end of terrace cottage which can be found close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. The cottage dates back 230 years and retains its original exposed beams and a Cotswold stone fireplace, all the while containing modern furnishings. Downstairs has a living room, a newly fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory with a table and chairs. The first floor has one double bedroom and the second floor has one twin bedroom accessed via a steep uncarpeted staircase. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an office with a travel cot and a single futon available for any extra guests. Outside has a large lawned garden area with furniture provided in an outdoor laundry shed. Parking is available for one car in an allocated parking space, suitable for a small to medium car. Newbury Cottage is perfect for small families.

Also take a visit to the medieval town of Burford for a great day out. The Saxon market town of Moreton-in-Marsh and the quintessential English village of Broadway are both within easy reach and make a great day out. The spa town of Cheltenham is, architecturally, the most complete Regency town in England with an incredible range of shops, cinemas, theatres, restaurants and pubs, it is famous for its horse racing festival in March, culminating in the Gold Cup steeplechase.
