Hello! Welcome to my lovely guesthouse that was newly built in 2020! This 400 sq ft 1BR/1BA guesthouse has its own AC, kitchen, bathroom, in-unit W/D as well as its own private & gated entry!

Easy street parking next your own gated entry in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is also walkable to a very nice park!

We're very close to Good Sam Hospital (~5min drive), Los Gatos, Hwy 85/17/280, groceries, cafes, and restaurants!

We don't have any reviews on VRBO as we are newhere, but we have many reviews on other sites upon request.

Note: Just FYI that the tenant in the front main house has a dog. Your guesthouse unit, however, is a completely separated unit from the main house that is also gated off with 7ft tall fence. The dog will not run into your side of the fence or yard.

Newly built cozy 1BR/1BA guesthouse that is 400 SqFt designed by a certified architect and constructed from the ground-up with permits in October 2020. We are not a pre-fab trailer on wheels that's installed the backyard.

****PRIVATE & SEPARATED GATED ENTRY W/ YOUR OWN SPACE: This is an *attached* unit but has it’s own private and gated entry. As this is a corner lot, the guesthouse was designed so that that unit faces a different street from the main house and therefore has its own separate and private entry. The yards are separated by fence as well. You will not walk by the main house and you won’t see anyone. You will have direct access to the unit.

You also have your very own bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, kitchenette, and AC/heat! No sharing!

****ATTACHED UNIT BUT HAS SOUNDPROOFING WALL: As noted, this is an attached unit to the main house but a double layered soundproofing wall with air gap in between the two units was designed in to the walls. We also did double drywall and double soundproofing insulation. Thus, the units are “attached” but no walls are directly touching due to the air gap.

****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers.

I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well.

****EASY PARKING: Easy parking right in front of the gate on the street.

****AIR CONDITIONING & HEAT: Brand new remote controlled AC and Heat available.

****CONVENIENT LOCATION: We are walkable to a very nice park with playground. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Quick drive to Hwy 17 and 85.

****QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a nice residential area and we are right near the center of the neighborhood. There is a park close by as well.

**Please note on the following:
- Landscapers and gardeners come every other Tuesday mornings. So you may see them around if you happen to be staying during the time they come.
- Some small furniture pieces, decorations, bed sets may differ from the photos due to damages, replacements, or improvements in order to make your stay more comfortable.
