New Pelican Cottage on Grand Lake!

Love it here!! This is our second time here! Will be coming back again!

This was a great stay! We had no issues and communication with the owners was excellent! Going to book with them again.

We stayed at the property for a week as we were in town for the high school bass fishing nationals. The property and house was perfect for what we needed. We were greeted by our hosts who took the time to show us the property, where things were, and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated their thorough communication and approach to customer service from the initial property booking to our last day. If/when we are ever back in Grove, OK we hope this property is available to stay again.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this cottage. It has a private dock, nice yard for games, and a clean house that is updated. The hosts are also great and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family likes to take a trip to Grand once a year. I think we finally found a place to return to. ? Property manager were very welcoming, the place was clean, nice large kitchen and living space. Had all the things needed for a lake getaway. Kids loved the kayaks and Lilly pad to swim off the dock. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

This was a great mini vacation for us. They had a Lilly pad to use on the lake, kayaks to use, corn hole as well. We stayed busy using everything. They had everything you need or needed at the house. Will be coming back in the future.

Oh the 5 stars aren’t even enough for this place! We absolutely recommend this cottage! All the small details that the owners put into this place should push this to 10 stars! They are also the kindest people you will meet! The cottage was perfect, boat dock was perfect and the stay in general was amazing. We will definitely be back! Even caught a nice 9lb catfish right off the dock while there! Thank you so much for the amazing stay and can’t wait for next time!

My family had a great time at the property. Matt was a wonderful host and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Location was great with being so close to the boat ramp and just a couple miles from the convenience store but still being in a quiet cove. House has been wonderfully remodeled and plenty of space for all of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Really nice place with dock that is easily accessible from back porch. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend booking any of their properties.

My son and I went down there for a fishing tournament. The owner, Matt, was there when we arrived and went through everything in the house with us. The house was stocked with little things like dishwasher detergent and laundry pods, etc. which was really nice. Matt also checked with us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house was in the perfect location for tournaments going out to Wolf Creek. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The covered boat dock was great. There is a boat ramp a couple hundred yards from the house which was very convenient. Matt communicated very well with me before our stay and answered all of my questions. Next time we’re at Grand Lake, I will definitely rent this house again. John & Austin - Omaha, Ne.
