With 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds, this place is perfect for family gatherings or a quick weekend getaway with friends.

The cabin is located inside the amenities filled Indian Mountain Lakes gated community with 5 lakes. This modern home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and complimentary lake and community amenities access passes to ensure a serene and comfortable retreat for the whole group.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for the locked owners' closets located in the kitchen and the room next to the bedroom on the 1st floor.

Pet Rules:
• We are a dog friendly home and do not allow other pets.
• Pet fee is $50/pet, max of 2.
• Dogs should always be on leash outside.
• Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the house.
• Please pick up after your dog.

Community Rules:

1. Registration:

All guests must provide: Full name, address, contact information and names of all guests (including day visitors) at least 2 business days before check-in. The 10 person occupancy INCLUDES infants and children.
Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in
Renters are required to provide a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.
Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the gated community as per HOA guidelines.

2. Access to Community Amenities

Guests are welcome to access the community’s amenities—including the lakes/beaches, pools, tennis/basketball courts—with the purchase of a community wristband for just $10 per person. These can be added at the time of booking or purchased directly at the pool/community office. Children 5 and under do not require a wristband.

All community amenities are operational based on the community's discretion and prevailing weather conditions. These might change without prior notice and the hosts have no control over their availability.

Policies:
No smoking inside of the home, no events, parties, or large gatherings, no loud music outside the house - Must be 25 to book, no groups of young adults under 25 yrs.
