Stayed Sep 13, 2023Such a nice home in the lovely Garden District in CDA. Close walk down to Sherman Ave shops & restaurants. Owners were very nice and let us store our bikes in their garage. Great access to bike trails from their home. The home is nicely decorated, the bed is very comfy and everything worked great. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 7, 2023Jennifer is the ultimate hostess and the studio apartment is fully appointed and has everything youll need fit a great stay. Everything downtown is walking or biking distance. This is as nice a VRBO rental for a couple as you'll find without spending a fortune to be on the water. Will be back!! Craig and Debbie

Stayed Jun 12, 2023This is a wonderful place to stay and the hosts John and Jennifer were great. They meet us when we arrived and had fresh baked cookies. The property is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is with walking distance of the downtown area and easy drive to other attractions. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and chatting with a few neighbors. We would stay here again.
