Near Kansas City area cottage with a fire pit! Comfy beds and a stocked kitchen.

This worked so very well as we had some job obligations in the area. It’s a great home away from home

The house was clean, well Kept. The owner is an outstanding host. The neighborhood is peaceful. When im in the area, i will gladly stay again.

Had a lovely stay!! The place was exactly what we were looking for, cozy and quiet. The fire pit in the yard was a great touch for the chilly evenings.

Super cute place! It was decorated in such a cute way and the desk in the third bedroom was perfect as I work from home. The bed was super comfortable and the backyard would be an amazing space for friends and families. I would absolutely stay here again. It is in a great part of town and for being off a busy road I heard minimal road noise.

We enjoyed our stay. It met our needs without being over the top. It was in a quiet neighborhood.

Nicely renovated clean house. We enjoyed our stay visiting friends. It didn’t bother us but worth noting that it backs up to a busier street if you are sensitive to road noise.

The house was very clean, the host was very responsive and the little binder full of ideas for things to do was very helpful.

We loved this house! It was in close proximity to everything, and plenty of space for the introverts in my house to retreat when needed. The patio outside for morning coffee was so peaceful! The house had everything we needed: comfortable beds, cookware, and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was amazing too! Well definitely be back!

The house and the host were very comforting. I felt as if I were home in a cozy house enjoying my visit. Visit was much too short and we look forward to next time we come this way.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s clean and each room is decorated in a super cute way. I always appreciate when there are little extras, like ziploc bags, band-aids, all the normal stuff you have in your home but don’t travel with. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my kids to run off some extra energy. The host was wonderful! Very conveniently located as well. We have family in the area and would love to stay here again next time we come back!

This property was exactly as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood of a small town just outside of KC. All amenities were accounted for, even board games and some kids toys! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

I needed a place to stay locally that was pet free as my daughter’s friend has allergies. Very charming home. Comfy beds with crisp clean sheets, full kitchen, plenty of extra linens. There is a great outdoor space with fire pit, outdoor furniture, gas grill. I am a first timer with VRBO’s and found it to be way less complicated than expected. This area is a safe suburb of Kansas City and only about 20 min from Arrowhead stadium, WOF and downtown. Would definitely visit again!

My family of four & a best friend stayed here for the long holiday weekend. The house was very clean, nicely decorated & had everything we needed for our stay! Loved that it was near a very nice park for my kiddos & close to many shops/restaurants as well as Worlds of Fun & the Zoo!

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage!! Amenities for infants with high chair, pack and play, and toys. The backyard patio was very nice and gave us a place to unwind for the evening! Would definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed in the house for 3 months after relocating from another state. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Jill and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating. They quickly responded to issues and questions. There was some traffic noise from a road located at the back of the house but we got used to that. The cul de sac and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The area is very convenient. It was perfect for our lengthy stay.
