Stayed Jun 11, 2026Conveniently located near the airport, University, and horse track. We were in town for a baseball tournament and Tim accommodated an early check in for us due to a last minute change in our game schedule. Tim was also excellent with communication. The house is clean, has good internet, A/C, water pressure, and the kitchen is well equipped. Street parking is a little tight but we always had room for two vehicles in front of the house. This house is a great option at the price.

Stayed Apr 23, 2026Didn’t care for parking on the street, but was informed about that before the trip. Somewhat dated home with squeaky floors upstairs but the biggest issue for me was when we stripped the bed we were sleeping on at the end of our stay and found a massive “stain” on the mattress. About made me ill. It was the least equipped kitchen in any VRBO we have stayed in. Location, being very near Churchill Downs, the university, airport and sports venue, is the draw for this property.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026While the interior of this home was spotless and modern, the outside yard needed maintenance. The neighborhood is less than desirable.

Stayed Mar 5, 2026Had some initial issues when we first arrived to the unit, that were mainly housekeeping issues that weren’t completed prior to our arrival at 11pm. However, I reached out to the owner, and he resolved our issues quickly. The house was good location for what we were in town for at the Expo Center.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024the window blinds, had been misfit to the windows and most had broken slates. an over abundance of Alexa devices. a law suit in the future for the sidewalk steps up to the door. never got the keypad to unlock the front door but the code may have been wrong since the wifi password was wrong in that same email, good thing the notebook binder on the table had the correct password. the bidets are unnecessary, don't think that is what people are expecting in this property. 2 vehicles can be parked on the street but only if they are compact vehicles otherwise park down the street. the location is everything!!!
