Muskoka Gem with Sauna on Three Mile Lake

Beautiful property directly on fresh lake, quiet and fully equipped for kids and I. Cottage was clean and spacious with every necessity a mom would need enable a comfortable stay. Covered gazebo with netting was lovely to sit under and read while there was on/off rain. Kids loved the zip-line, trampoline and fishing off the dock. We went out on the water most days, beautiful calm waters and explored the lake, and gorgeous muskoka scenery. A true gem packed with endless memories for my kids and I. Thank you for hosting and letting us stay in ur paradise. We would love to return the next time we plan a muskoka getaway again. Kind regards. ?

The outdoor area is wonderful: views, lake toys, grill area and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed the sauna and paddle boards!

This is a great spot! The water trampoline was amazing for our group. There are a handful of minor wear&tear items that need attention like the sliding screen door, upstairs fridge / freezer handles, bbq knobs, window handles etc. but this didn’t stop us from taking advantage of everything positive this place has to offer!

Me and my group had a fantastic stay at Mary and Brent’s cottage. The cottage is modern and tastefully updated with two kitchens and lots of space to hangout. We especially loved the Muskoka room as well as the screened in area on the front deck. There are lots of amenities that come with this cottage and we would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful week on Three Mile Lake. The cottage was very comfortable and had all we needed and the property is beautifully landscaped and situated. The welcome basket from our hosts was a lovely touch too. We especially appreciated the fully screened in Muskoka Room and the screened gazebo on the porch as it allowed us to extend our time in the fresh air without having the worry of mosquitoes! The lake was wonderful for swimming, boating, and fishing. The neighbours were very friendly too. We enjoyed the sauna, the kayaks, the stand-up paddle boards and the water trampoline as well. We would come back again for sure!

The house, the dock, the sauna and all the other amenities are all well maintained. The waterfront view is gorgeous and it's not too far from the GTA either. My family loved jumping off the water trampoline and enjoyed the sauna too.There is still some room for improvement though. Not having a dishwasher was inconvenient and the patio area was not cleaned before we arrived.The tap water smelled, so we used water bottles we had brought and had to communicate with the owner for the location of life jackets.Overall though, we had a great time at this beautiful cottage.

Host was fantastic in communicating with us, property is great and clearly well maintained. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The only thing was that the water from the well was very sulphury. Bring bottled water to drink if that bothers you.

This cottage is very nice with lots for kids to do. They really enjoyed the zip line, kayaks, and paddle boards. Great deck to sit on with beautiful view of lake. The fire pit is also perfectly located.

This place is great and nice and close to Port Carling for day trips. Nice layout and beautiful seating on deck that looks out over the lake. Kids loved the Zip line.
