200 ft Private Muskoka waterfront custom log home with Hot Tub!!

Came up for a friends weekend full of activities and had an amazing time! The property was immaculate and the host was super responsive to every question we had. Would love to come back another time in the future. 10/10!

Great log home cottage, would stay again. They have everything you need and comfortably slept our group of 9. Host was very attentive and everything seemed brand new and very clean

Truly an incredible stay. The property exceeded our expectations--and trust us, they were high to begin with. Beautifully appointed and extremely well stocked. Something for everyone, and we range in ages from 3 years to 73. Dinners on the deck. Spectacular sunsets. Fishing off the dock for the kids (catch and release). Stories and presentations around the campfire. Long, lazy kayak trips. All in all, memories for life. Special thanks to Tiere for her prompt, professional responses whenever we had questions. We have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years. They sometimes fail to live up to their online presentations. This one superseded them--even more impressive than the photos. If we could give it a higher rating we would.

Tiere's cottage is one of the most well-equipped and comfortable cottages I've been too. We were a group of 11 guys and slept comfortably while sharing beds. The entire weekend was unfortunately rainy so more time was spent indoors than we wished for but we still had a great time thanks to the entertainment and amenities available indoors. Although rainy we still did some swimming and used the kayaks, canoes and paddle boards, and lilly pad which were fun. Tiere is very responsive during your stay and is happy to help with any concerns or questions. Instructions and expectations were very clear. We also had a great view of the lake. The location is central so you have easy access to all arms of the lake. Overall Tiere's cottage experience is thoughtful, welcoming and comfortable!

Our summer getaway to this Muskoka cottage was absolutely sensational! From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, it was an experience filled with relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories. First and foremost, the location is simply breathtaking. Nestled on the shores of a pristine lake, this cottage offered us the quintessential Muskoka experience. The panoramic views of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, were like something out of a postcard. The cottage itself was a charming blend of rustic and modern comforts. The spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings and massive windows allowed us to enjoy the outside while staying in. An AC unit would be great but the basement is nice and cool if you need to cool down. I would strongly recommend this cottage to anyone! Thank you to the host!

The cottage was a dream escape for our group! It was new, fresh, clean, modern, and fun. Right on the lake, stunning views, incredible sunsets. Kitchen was spacious. Laundry room is very convenient. The host was so nice and very responsive. Plenty of spots for lounging. Boat launch right on the property (motorized boats allowed on 3 Mile Lake). Fishing was a hit with our group. So many fun games provided in the walk-out basement. The only downside was no air conditioning, but oh well. Everything else made up for it!
