Mountain Chic Cheyenne Cañon Cottage, Steps to The Broadmoor & Amazing Hiking!

Wonderful little cottage. Perfect stay for my wife and I will attending a conference nearby. Extremely quiet and peaceful. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't thought of at this location; anything you needed was available and the interior design of the cottage is very impressive; despite its size, it felt very spacious. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect holiday

Great property, better than expected.

We stayed here because it was very close to a conference we were attending at the Broadmoor. Originally we were planning to walk to the Broadmoor, but the 15 min walk turned out to be 15 min for a very fit younger person so we opted to drive the 4-5 min each way. Also would be very dark walking home at night. Tip -- there is free parking at the rear (west gate) of the property and just a short walk in. The cottage was perfect with everything you would expect to find at home. Karen was away, but David was a very gracious host and available to help with all sorts of local knowledge.

The place was great! Very welcoming and cozy. Everything was clean, neat, and quiet. It’s in a great area of town.

Wonderful stay! Everything we hoped for!

Great location, spotless clean and comfy, has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and lotion. Iron and an ironing board. A very nice touch was a few bottles of water in the fridge. The owner replies quickly. I didn’t have an umbrella, and they provided one right away. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful. It is two small duplexes behind the property owner's home. It is situated about 1.5 miles from the Broadmoor. They are beautifully decorated and well-appointed. That is not the concern that I had with this property. I had planned to stay there for a conference, but the week prior, my mother-in-law passed. I requested a cancellation from the property owners. They never responded to my request. I reluctantly went rather than lose over 1.5K (I knew that the property owners would keep my money if I canceled and rebook the property for double the money). Upon arrival, the property owners expressed their apologies for the passing of my family member (which told me that they received my message). We arrived close to midnight due to a winter storm, and the unit was freezing. I remember that I had to sleep with all my clothing that evening. It took the unit at least 24 hours to warm up. Overall, I did not appreciate the less-than-empathetic response of the owners. I am sure that if they experienced this from another owner, they would not enjoy it.

Loved this place. Small but new, clean and cozy. Perfect for two. The owners were welcoming, friendly and the communication was excellent. We highly recommend.

Was looking for a cozy cottage to stay while in town visiting my daughter. This little gem provided all I needed for a safe and comfortable stay - close to all sorts of fun activities area has to offer, and owners are super friendly. Will definitely be my new go-to when visiting Colorado Springs.?
