Located in Sithonia Halkidiki, between popular Nikiti and Vourvourou area, this place is nestled in a secluded gulf, ideal for those looking for a truly relaxing holiday by the seaside.
This is a traditional house, recently refurbished with a modern twist and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It consists of a maisonette a separate guest suite and plenty of outside space.
The ground floor of the maisonette hosts a cosy sitting room with three sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A nicely decorated twin room, with a separate entrance is also located on this level. The attic upstairs provides a comfortable double bedroom with views over the garden and the beach. Outside the main house, a cosy suite for two ensures privacy for the guests.
The double bedrooms are equipped with a/c and the twin room with a fan and they all enjoy beautiful views around.
The house is surrounded by a vast private garden offering shade and serenity and is equipped with garden furniture such as built-in dining table and sitting, bbq facilities and sunbeds on the beach.
