Modern Cottage - Perfect Location 4 Blocks to the Beach

Excellent location, comfortable for our family of 4.

We absolutely loved this gem by the beach! Incredibly clean and functional, but cozy and welcoming as well. Teresa was kind, responsive, and helpful to everything we needed. Beach equipment and bikes for our use were a big plus. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. We look forward to returning some day soon!

We had a Great stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. It has a beautiful outdoor patio that is very private with shrubs and fencing around the perimeter.

We loved our stay - from location, parking spot, and sitting out on the deck with coffee in the morning, it was great to get a taste of Santa Monica living.

Great property! Nice space for our teenage kids. Easy access to beach and shopping.

We come back to Santa Monica often since we moved away 12 years ago. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was as described. We love to have some meals in when traveling so the well appointed kitchen was great. Loved the outdoor space for a nap. Walked to most all our fun. Thank you for making your cottage available.

Our family of four loved this Santa Anna property. Beautifully appointed and the hosts made sure that we all had bikes available for riding which we so enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

Perfect! This is s top three of the best VRBO stays I've had. David is a wonderful host who truly cares about his guests. The cottage is spotless with great attention to detail. The amenities were such a bonus. What a gem. I hope to stay here again.

This property is in the perfect location to explore Santa Monica. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shops. Very convenient. Plus it was updated and very clean. Perfect for our family.

This beach cottage is bright and clean and has everything you could want … it’s quiet and private, though the host is responsive if you need anything, it’s a great neighborhood with access to Santa Monica, ocean park, Venice, and the 10 and the metro if you want to head east. You can walk to the beach or dinner. Even has a washer and dryer and A/C. We loved our stay here in this comfy spot and especially loved the cute patio out front for after dinner hangouts. Can’t go wrong here!
