Modern Cottage M Luxury home w/hot tub, community pool-walk to town & beach

We had a great time and the place was just what we were looking for

Spent a weekend for a girls trip- the house was spotless, so charming and comfortable! Within walking distance to downtown and restaurants/shopping. Did not use the hot tub but it was a fantastic setup! Will definitely plan to return!

Such a great VRBO! So much space, furnishings and decor, comfortable beds, great hot tub! Loved having morning coffee on the screened in porch. Great kitchen! So clean! Great location! Just perfect! Can't wait to rebt it again!

We did a girls weekend and the location was perfect. The house was beautiful very clean. It could use some landscaping the bushes were taking over the driveway. We would definitely go there again.

This review is a tough one! The house, location, neighborhood was fabulous and the three couples enjoyed the home. Everything inside the house was very nice and the curb appeal was very appealing. However a few suggestions to make it even better would be a deep clean inside house. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were not the cleanest. A lot of missing light bulbs. Outside needed a refresh..back area by hot tub really needed to be cleaned….leaves and debris cleaned up. Maybe clean and wash windows. I don’t want these few things to change peoples mind to rent……it really is a great property. Cleaning up these few things would make it even better. YES, would definitely return! Thank you.

Large, clean and super convenient to all fun New Buffalo activities! Many beds and baths and the right amount of shared space for a large group--including a glassed in back porch and a basement community area and a covered front porch. The heated community pool is steps away and, if it is busy or inclement, the private hottub is just out back. Barney's (best and most expensive ever grocery store) is just a ten minute walk. We made it to Stray Dog this year, also a 10 minute walk. The beach is maybe a 13 minute walk. ALL SO GOOD! Perfect for a family of all ages (we ranged from 1-80!) Thanks for the perfect getaway for our family.

House was nice, clean, comfortable. It was too cold to use the hot tub, but we enjoyed the fireplace very much!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful rental in New Buffalo, Michigan. Perfect spot for a quick fall trip with sisters! The location is fantastic—close to downtown, restaurants, and all the charm New Buffalo has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed retreat!

We stayed with a group of friends for the weekend and it was an amazing house! So close to town, the train station, restaurants and the beach. The owner is very nice and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. They house was absolutely beautiful and all the finishes were wonderful. From this location you can walk everywhere and the neighborhood pool is a lot of fun! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place to stay with a group, right near the heart of New Buffalo!

This property was beautiful and worked out perfectly for our family trip. We had 10 people, including two children and an infant and we all fit comfortably. The decor was very modern/pretty and the bathrooms were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the host was excellent about communicating with me. We also enjoyed the pool (heated and clean, beach towels were provided) everyday we were there. Walking distance to Beer Church, there's a Rainbow Cone within walking distance as well. Quick drive to Three Oaks if you're interested in Journeyman. You can also walk to the beach, but we chose to drive there upon checking out. We recommend this property!
