We have stayed at this property multiple times. It continues to be a favorite when traveling to NH. This home is comfortable, cozy, and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay pleasurable.

Perfect for our trip to the White Mountains. Centrally located to the areas we visited. Very clean with modern appliances and well stocked with what was needed for cooking meals.

The house is spotless and comfortable. I wouldn't have booked it however if I knew how the street noise affects the whole atmosphere. The garden is beautiful and the river too but with the noise of motorcycles, trucks, and cars passing very close at high speed - it is not what we were looking for.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The house is clean, in a great location, and has a nice outdoor space. Heath and Sean were always available for questions and had everything our family would need at the house. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this house for 2 weeks and had a great time. This facility had everything we needed. Heath was friendly and quickly responded to our inquiries. Experiences in NH of this summer will be unforgettable for us.

This was a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. We found it to be extremely clean and well appointed. As others have mentioned it’s awesome having the river in the back yard and we took advantage of the fire pit. Beds were comfortable and having the fireplace was nice for those chilly nights. Location was the real draw you could go to all the tourist location just a short drive away and come home to your oasis. We want to return next year.

The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated, well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. River runs behind the property, breathtaking views! Would love to return in the future!

The house is fabulous! Kitchen is well stocked and overall setting is quiet, warm and cozy. The location is perfect for hiking access and well as shopping, etc in North Conway. Communication with the owners was immediate and friendly when we had a question.

The location is great and was very clean and comfortable. Loved staying there. Definitely will do it again in the future.

We are avid hikers and stayed at this property for 2 weeks at end of August/early September. The house is roomy, contemporary furnishings, well stocked with basics and more, owner readily available and helpful when I initially had difficulty turning on the oven. The large deck, and fire pit in the back yard are a real bonus. We enjoyed town of Jackson, golfing at Wentworth, and hiking in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with a fireworks display on Labor Day, as the town had to postpone July 4th show because of weather. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the area.

We have many stays in this area, but never in such a quiet and peaceful area away from the busy touristy areas but Close enough to enjoy all of them as well . All the amenities, to be very vacationey if that’s a word, the property was very clean, remote, but not standalone and enjoyed a very lovely chat with the lovely Gardner. House was very well, equipped and stocked five stars all the way !

We've stayed in a number of VRBO rentals, and I think this is the most immaculately kept and well stocked house we've rented yet. The owners have thought of everything, providing extra blankets in both bedrooms, fans in every room, lots of extra towels, and plenty of paper goods like paper towels and toilet paper, and as a tea drinker, I was very happy to see a kettle on the stove when we arrived. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and if you keep the sliding door open you can hear the river at the back of the property. The house is beautiful and there are so many lovely details it's too much to list here. The house is on a busy road, but if you're ok with walking alongside Route 16 for about 2-3 minutes, you can walk over the covered bridge into the town of Jackson right from the house.

This cottage was the perfect choice for our weekend family trip. Conveniently located near Storyland which was our primary destination. There were a few toys and books for our two year old to play with which helped keep her occupied. Communication with the owner was great. They made the process very simple. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property in the future.

This property was perfect for our stay in the White Mountains. The house was exceptionally clean and the owners communicated so well. I would definitely book again!
