Modern coastal cottage- great location

Home for the weekend! We were so comfortable here, it was the perfect getaway with our young baby. The property was adorable, private, clean, and convenient. I cannot say enough, we will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully designed, with every amenity you could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days out.

Very clean & super convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this Nantucket cottage. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, but still just a short walk or quick drive to town, the beach, and everywhere else we wanted to go. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife, 10 month old daughter and I stayed at this property. The cottage is nice but we ran into an issue the second day with an ant infestation. That contaminated some of our belongings. We contacted the owner and their reply at first was extremely nonchalant saying “this happens.” After some back and forth with VRBO customer service and the owner the only resolution offered was either leave the property with a refund or ant traps being brought to the property. They weren’t 100 percent effective.The property itself was lacking privacy with the kitchen and sliding glass door being completely exposed with no blind or shutters. The location itself wasn’t ideal as there was early morning weekend construction and late night parties in neighboring houses. I wouldn’t suggest staying here with your family.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and me! Easy access to everything! My husband is an Architect and I'm a Design, very nicely done. Highly recommend!

So clean and perfect for our family of 4!

My parents and brother stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time! They really enjoyed the outdoor space and the gas firepit. It's a great space for entertaining. They really appreciated the bag of goodies upon arrival! A definite do-over!! Thank you for sharing your adorable home!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage for a week vacation on Nantucket. The house was just as advertised and spotless upon our arrival. The hosts were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. Great location with several key places walkable nearby and nothing is a long drive on the island. Looking forward to planning our next stay here!
