Mill Cottage, Marldon, Paignton

Had a lovely time away in this comfortable cottage. Super clean, had everything you needed, would highly recommend. Lovely decor. Location was great as close to many places we visited.

We hired Mill, Jasmine and Rose altogether with some other family members. This was a perfect set up for us with different aged children with different routines, as well as grandparents. It meant that each family could go through their own motions at bedtime and in the morning but the adults could spend some time together in the evenings. The accommodation was beautiful and there was so much space. My husband kept saying that the photos online don’t do it justice! It really was such a little gem! The location was also ideal for some of the best beaches, steam trains etc only 10 minutes away but also so easy to get to other key spots around Devon. We were also thrilled to find an electric vehicle charger onsite, which we weren’t expecting. This made our stay all the more convenient! Thank you so much for having us, we will all be back!

Perfect location. Beautiful surroundings/ communal area. Wonderfully clean & equipped. Only negative, be good to have hooks to hang wet towels up. Definitely book again!

Lovely spacious place to relax. Great pub just a 5 min walk away. The 2 personbed ideal for lovers, less ideal for partners that require more sleepingspace.

Always happy to stay here, as the cottages are so well equipped and presented to a very high standard. Location is great for when we stay down in Devon and i would highly recommend to friends and family. Will certainly be returning again! Thanks again Andy

A comfortable stay. The cottage was clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. A perfect base for exploring the area.

We stayed in Mill Cottage with 2 couples a baby and a dog. Had all the space and things we needed. We needed to contact the owners regarding a couple of things, but got quick and helpful response.

We had a lovely two week stay at Mill Cottage, very clean, very comfortable and very good location. Our dog loved the little front garden and it was totally escape proof. We would definitely go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mill Cottage. The accommodation and furnishings are of a really high standard and it's bigger than it looks in the photos. Communication was excellent throughout and Tina was very helpful & responded quickly quickly to question. It's in a great TT location to go for exploring South Devon as nd has a lovely local pub just up the lane. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an additional armchair. As two couples we found the small sofa a bit uncomfortable for 3 adults to share!

Lovely cottage that was perfectly located for us, visiting family in Torquay. Very quiet location, which was perfect and the cottage was warm, comfortable and cozy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, well maintained and the cottage was well equipped, including the kitchen, making it easy to cook when we were not eating out. Having a Christmas tree was a lovely touch as well :-) Although there is only 1 parking space, there was plenty of parking in the Lane outside the property, so that was great. Only slight pity was that the bed in the main bedroom was only a double bed, when the room itself is very spacious and has room easily for a King Size. In advance of arriving all information was provided clearly and promptly, which was appreciated. We also had the ability to contact the owner during our stay if we needed to. Overall it was a wonderful property and we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Mill Cottage over the Xmas Break. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and without hesitation highly recommend Mill Cottages. Nice village location with shops and excellent pub in walking distance. Really could not want or ask for more. Cottages are beautifully furnished and are warm and cosy.
