Midtown Detached Studio Cottage-Heated Pool & Hot Tub-Covered-Gated Parking

We always do vacation rentals when traveling for conferences, but this was by far our favorite stay. You couldn’t ask more of the hosts!

The property had pigeon poop on all the seats around the pool, on the rim of the pool and in the pool. There was also a dead bird in the pool. The room was clean and lovely but the pool was terrible. I was swimming in the pool when the dead bird was found and a day later I was really sick and continued to be sick for a couple of days.

The check-in process was simple. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a very comfortable place to stay. It was so nice to sit outside in the morning and listen to the birds The hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful. Thanks! We would definitely stay here again! 😃

Centrally located in Phoenix. Very accommodating host. Very clean rental.

Everything was perfect, clean accesible. We loved it, it was very cozy and perfect for what we were looking for.

If you’re trying to decide which Phoenix place to book, CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! Sarah and Noel are one of the best hosts anywhere. The cottage was clean, so comfortable, lovely… well appointed! The pool, hot tub and yard are tranquil. We LOVED our 3 day weekend here and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and this cottage was perfect for us. The location was located where we had easy access to everything we wanted to see and do, and everything was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was so easy and hosts were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the Phoenix area again.

The host lived on the property so was always available for any questions we had. Very comfortable studio that had everything you could need. The pool and spa were amazing as well as very private. Off street parking was very safe and secure. We had a great time

We had an awesome stay at the cottage. Communication with the host was great and private gated parking was a plus. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I, clean and modern, towels for bath & hot tub, huge selection of books, and convenient location.

We had a wonderful time in Phoenix during MLB Spring Training. This cottage was so comfortable. The hosts were amazing and accessible and so friendly. We came and went, had covered private parking and enjoyed the pool and spa. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't want to cook this week, so we ventured out and mostly ate lunch at the ballparks, and early dinners after the games which always ended up at happy hour so we saved money. Hula's Modern Tiki was one of our favorite spots.The kitchen at the cottage had every amenity we needed, although I'm glad we didn't really cook because the counters are very tall, which was weird. But, the kitchen was fully stocked and sufficient for breakfasts and evening snacks. We hit a nearby grocery store and stocked up on crackers, cheeses, deli items, and cookies. All in all, this place was a great value and we felt very safe and comfortable. It's a great little spot not far from downtown.Thanks again to our fabulous hosts! We enjoyed a wonderful week!

Very comfortable, beautiful pool area like a resort, welcoming and generous host. Even extra-heated the spa for me. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Also really nice to have off-street parking.

Incredibly welcoming hosts! Great communication and easy to reach by text. Facilities were super clean and interestingly decorated. Lovely yard/grounds, wonderful hot tub.

Good communication from the host/hostess from the very beginning of the booking. The check in steps were easy to follow and just as expected. Sarah met us as we arrived and introduced herself and let us know she was available as needed. The cottage had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The basics of anything we needed was available. Very nice pool and hot tub available. Both excellent condition and enjoyable. A wonderful stay!

Clean, quiet and comfortable bed !

The cottage was nicely furnished and the hosts were very gracious. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day out. Really appreciated the recommendations about the surrounding area, restaurants, etc.

The place had everything available that we could possibly need. The whole place was clean, cabinets were well stocked. Each time contacting the owners got a rapid response. WELL worth the money. Should I need to go to Phoenix again, I/we will be staying here, Another good thing for me was that the location was 2 miles from the medical center where I needed to go for my care.

This property is charming and well-stocked, the owners are wonderful, and conveniently located in relation to activities, delicious food, and more! Every need was anticipated in this property - and the owners were super gracious and friendly when we saw them. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Wonderful stay! Nice hot tub, clean space, easy to get in and out. Owners were super friendly and neighborhood was great.

This property was perfect for our needs. Very easy to get around to all of the locations we were going to either by car or by the Metro system.

My husband and I came here for our 1 year anniversary visiting from Seattle and we had the best time!! The cottage was so cute and cozy with everything would could need! Sarah and Noel were awesome hosts that made sure we had everything we needed or wanted and that we were having the best time! They even recommended places to eat/drink! We loved the hot tub and backyard!! And in such a great area with lots to do! I would highly recommend and would come here again
