Mid-Century Tiny House in the heart of New River Gorge National Park

Very clean and neat place had everything we needed

The host was extremely responsive. The house was just as described. The space was perfect and just what I was looking for. The rain shower was very nice after hiking!

We loved our stay at this beautiful little tiny house. All the comforts of home made this perfect for our needs. The location seemed remote but was actually perfect for our busy days of exploring everything the area had to offer. The host was fantastic with his communication. Highly recommend!

Cozy and perfect for our weekend on the river!

It was the prefect get away to relax with my kids before school started back up. I loved it and it was everything we needed. Got a closer bonf with kids during our stay.

Great place . The host thought of everything. Quiet and well located

The house was cute. The firepit was great. The loft setup was a little challenging because the ladder had to be put back up at night after the sleeper was in bed. If no one had to use the bathroom at night, it would have been fine.

Perfect location for exploring New River Gorge National Park and the surrounding area. Bradly, the host, gave us excellent advice on restaurants and trails in the area.What surprised me most about this ‘Tiny House’ is that it wasn’t tiny at all. There was plenty of room, including a very spacious bathroom. It also included a nice yard with a grill and a fire pit, perfect for making S’mores. When we come back to the area, this will be our goto place to stay. West Virginia is a beautiful State, and this location was perfect for exploring the Fayetteville and NRGNP.

We had a great time at this tiny house! Bradly was an excellent communicator. Check in and out were easy and fast. It was a wonderful stay!

First time staying in a tiny house enjoyed it. The only suggestion I would have is the lower bedroom area where you have end table lamps they do not give off much light and as an older person, usually like to read in bed if you were able to have a different light fixture that could give more light that would’ve been really nice. Otherwise nice facility.

This was a cute place to stay and plenty of room. Outside was nice as well.

The owner has put his heart into this place and you can tell. The place is perfect and had all we needed! It is located near some overlooks, the bridge and miner museum. Sit on the back deck and watch the deer stroll by. It was fantastic to converse with Bradley as well! He has talent and vision....don't miss it!

We've always wanted to check out a tiny house. We stayed a week, the location was good, very quiet, yet easy to go places.Will stay again when in the area.

Large living in a tiny home! Bradly thought of everything from the rainfall shower to carefully selected coffee, cooking utensils and information on local hiking and other events, he had it all. The house was immaculately clean. All was perfect. We will be back.

We had a very comfy stay - the tiny house was a cozy welcome after hiking in the rain. The hikes were close by as was the Kroger and delights of Fayetteville. Bradly is an exceptional host.

Loved everything there is to love about this place! Brad our host was wonderful and such an organized manager of the property. If we needed it, is was probably thought of by Brad! Our place was cleaned impeccably and everywhere we went on excursions the people were so friendly! We really want to thank the kindly neighbor who helped out when we took the wrong trail to the parking lot and gave us a ride back to our car! Just good people and a great place to stay and get away! Thank you!

Excellent location. So quiet and homey in and around the house. Bradly has everything you need for a one day or multi day stay. There are a lot of amenities within a short drive from his place.

I recently stayed at Bradly’s tiny house for some rest and peace after Hurricane Helene devastated my beloved city of Asheville. What a beautiful area! The mountains of WV and New River Gorge SP are stunning. And so is the house! Extremely comfortable and functional and beautifully decorated. It didn’t feel tiny at all. The property is lovely and quiet with abundant birds and wildlife and convenient to restaurants and stores. Bradly is the perfect host. Even before I arrived, he provided a wealth of info and tips and responded very quickly to questions. After Helene hit, he was very compassionate and spent his time making sure I had all the help I could possibly need. Bradly far exceeded what anyone could expect from a host and seems like a wonderful person.
