Mermaid Cottage! beautiful propety!

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful house! Louise is the BEST…she has thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and things you didn’t know you might need! There were four of us and the layout of the house was open and the bedrooms are all a nice size. (The shower in the downstairs bathroom is fabulous!)Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio and drinking wine by the fire pit in the evening. There is a local grocery store close and so much to see in Cape Cod that I could have stayed for a month at least! We can’t wait to come back!

This place has everything. Host was approachable Only problem was neighbors barking dog at 6 am! Will definitely book again

Mermaid Cottage is a beautiful home! The host provides so many amenities to make the stay pleasant and stress free. And it was spotless! It was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in. There are several nice restaurants nearby.

Such a cute house in a quiet, beautiful spot! Only noise came from the neighboring rooster but he gave us an excuse to wake up early and make the most out of our time there! Very clean, cozy and we felt right at home. Great backyard space. Would stay here again.

We had an 18 year old, 20, 22, 23, 50 and 51 year old and there was plenty to do near by.

The host was most welcoming and the house was perfect!

Louise was very responsive and the cottage was perfect. We explored different towns on Cape Cod during the day and the cottage was wonderful and quaint to come home to at night.

This is our fifth time staying at this property. Our host is always available and we know we can depend on a clean and comfortable “home”.

Beautiful house, exactly as described in listing. Everything you need is right at the house. The host was very accommodating.

It was perfect! It had everything we needed for a cozy stay. There was a good bit of interference with the TV picture they lasted all week but could have been the nor’easter and remnants of that storm. No problem for us but someone else might not want to miss out on a show/game moment if it’s ongoing.

Absolutely beautiful , fully furnished, great location!Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Beds were firm and comfortable, house was dry and bathroom was amazing. Will definitely stay here again but that calendar fills up fast! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place

My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!

It was a comfortable cottage for six adults. Accommodations were perfect.

We loved everything about this property. Location, amenities, decor, layout. Louise is a great host. We hope to be back soon and stay for longer!

This is the fifth time we stayed here. The house is well equipped, clean and a quiet location. Communication with the owner is great. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio, as we had unseasonably cold, rainy weather. We will be back in the fall.

The Mermaid Cottage has everything you’d want. It’s close to shopping and beach areas. The house is stocked with so many extras, like strollers, high chair, fire pit and outdoor patio.

Great home with a fantastic layout including the backyard. Great location, you can't go wrong if you stay here!

We had a great time at the Mermaid Cottage! It was so clean and had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the backyard space and firepit. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

I had my bachelorette weekend on the Cape and was so happy to have picked the Mermaid Cottage as our place to stay! The cottage had a great amount of space for our group, beautiful outdoor patio, and was in a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Cape Cod.
