Mediterranean-style Bungalow near beach

Host was welcoming and also gave me space. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Such a gem. Get it while it’s available!!!

This is our second time being here. Such a lovely location with views of the ocean and city below. We will come again.

What a lovely place to stay. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Christy has added many special and thoughtful touches that contribute to the charm of the bungalow. We loved the natural light and the outdoor seating areas....just needed more time to enjoy them! It's a very convenient location for activities/restaurants in Ventura and neighboring towns. We would love to stay again!

Christy's cottage is a charming place to stay with beautiful views and heritage feel. She was always available for a text. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed in this cozy little cottage for three nights and enjoyed every minute. Perfectly comfortable for two people and conveniently close to the things you would want to do in downtown Ventura. Christy makes for a convenient easy check in and was super responsive. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

Absolutely beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the cottage is well appointed and the weather was gorgeous. We highly recommend.

Beautiful property. The only improvement I would make is installing a higher pressure low water flow shower head. Very hard to get shampoo out of my hair. Lovely view.

The neighborhood is very nice and the host has been very kind and available. The cottage is cute but needs upgrades especially for the small kitchen area (we had issue with ants coming from a the grout lines of a very old countertop and stove) and bathroom shower. Conclusion: it is a great solution for a short stay and if your need of using the kitchen is limited. You need car to go to downtown but you have beautiful views from up there.

Relaxing, Cozy, Quiet, Perfect for us.

We stayed just over a week and it was enjoyable! Property was just as described and had even more amenities and caring touches that we weren't expecting. It has everything you need, aside from your own food and beverage. There was a designated parking spot just for us. It felt secure in a nice neighborhood, such that we felt safe to sleep with the windows open and listen to the crickets at night and the birds in the morning. Beautiful views and foliage. We accidentally crossed paths with the host, who was very friendly and otherwise let us keep to ourselves the whole time. 10/10 recommend this property. Just be mindful (for any who are challenged with mobility) that you'll be carrying your luggage up and down a series of steps. It's worth the exercise :)
