Mattapoisett Cottage with Bar Room

The host was very good at responding. The cottage is lovely, clean and filled with amenities. A great stay for a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. The cottage was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and we would 100% stay there again. We didn't get to use all of the amenities like the bar room in the shed but we hope we're back at some point soon. Chris was a great host.

Chris was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and the perfect spot for our wedding in Mattapoisett. Close to many restaurants and walking trails. Great stay!!

The house was cute and quite roomy for a 2-bedroom. It was very convenient to all we wanted to do in Mattapoisett!

We had an enjoyable 5-night stay at the Mattapoisett Cottage! With 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, the cottage was perfect for 4 adults. We felt very relaxed in the private yard, enjoying the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The cottage is perfectly situated for walking and biking to local spots. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Chris’ place. When we had questions, he was quick to respond and place was clean and welcoming. Our 5 year old enjoyed the back yard and we had enough space to accommodate an unexpected friend who came in last minute for our friend’s wedding. We would stay here again.

The cottage was spacious, clean, attractively furnished and just perfect for our family of 3. The hydrangeas were in full bloom and it was beautiful. The backyard was private and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning with our coffee. Would certainly stay again. So close to the shoreline. Fished off Ned’s Point and enjoyed the ocean breeze. Super location!

This was our second time staying and will be booking this property again. Chris is a great host, he is quick to respond and ensures his guests has an enjoyable stay.

Convenient to Mattapoisett beaches, restaurants. There for a family event so easy access. Clean and well stocked.

We stayed in this cute cottage between Christmas and New Year. The kitchen was well equipped.

We loved the Mattapoisett Cottage! We stayed four nights and loved it, especially the outdoor space, since we were lucky enough for a New England Indian Summer weekend. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bathrooms clean with plenty of towels. If you’re looking to stay in the Mattapoisett/Marion area or are attending a wedding at Shining Tides, look no further.

Lovely cottage for a week stay to visit family and friends in the area. Perfect quiet location tucked back off the main road. We loved hosting happy hour in the backyard man cave! Chris was quick to respond to any issues that came up.

Very peaceful spot with privacy and a nice backyard. Everything i needed was in walking distance and the home was very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we hope to come back!

The cottage was perfectly located near Boston and Cape Cod, so we could go to the beach and a museum in the city. It’s located in a nice secluded area behind some beautiful flowers and trees. After a long day, the cottage felt very comfortable.

Great property...Owner VERY responsive...great location to a lot of great restaurants and shops...easy access to main roads for daytrips etc...would definitely stay there again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was the perfect space for our family (2 kids under 11yo). We loved being able to walk to Oxford Creamery and get lobster rolls and ice cream. The Cottage was well maintained and very clean. Chris was also a very responsive host. 5/5 would recommend!

We were both delighted with the cottage and the accommodations. The yard and grounds are beautiful. we never got the code for the bar room but we didn't need to use it. I loved the wildlife, birds, chipmunks, bunnies and squirrels. We didn't really know how to operate the TV and would have liked to watch the local news.

Very nice cottage, clean and comfortable. Nice location across the street from the Oxford Creamery! We really enjoyed our stay.
