This place was wonderful and cozy for our family of 4’s trip to the Vineyard. It’s incredibly close to the action in Oak Bluffs yet far enough away to feel secluded. It was a great home base to explore the island from. Lori was an incredibly kind and helpful host as well!

It was an awesome location! Very spacious and close to everything!

My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!

Love this little cottage. We have such a lovely time here. Lori is the best hostess. Very communicative and timely in her responses. We make the best memories here. Walking distance to shops and the beach.

Lori’s cottage is a lovely retreat. It’s clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and had cute seaside decorative touches. The loft ladder is steep, but if you don’t mind heights, the king sized bed is worth the climb!

This place is exactly as described and pictured on the website. Cute, clean, quiet cul de sac. All appliances in working order. Lori, the property manager was communicative, promptly and happily addressing all questions. I would definitely go back. :)

Porch needs a little TLC. Road to unit had a lot of pot holes. House was a little cluttered (didn't leave much surface space - which is needed in a small place like this). Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. Lori was great with communication.

We loved everything about this perfect little dollhouse cottage !! Lori is an excellent host and her home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay ! The location is perfect! This was our first of hopefully many trips to Martha’s Vineyard!

Place is located in quiet neighborhood. We didn't rent a car - so a bit of a walk everyday into town. Beds were very comfortable. There were 4 of us that stayed at the place - a bit tight for 4 - deal for 2! Helped having the outdoor shower with 4 people.

We enjoyed our unique stay at this sweet little cottage. The cottage slept 4 with 2 in the loft and 2 on the flip down couch. It has a kitchen and indoor and outdoor shower. It is as listed and pictured. It is snug and cozy and we made great memories!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was great, close enough to town but far enough away to be very quiet. Owner was very friendly and communicative.

This was the most cutest place that I could’ve ever chosen! Not only was it perfectly appointed with cottage like linens and dishes, it was immaculately clean. It is also very close to the main town which is only had 12 minute walk. Or he was super helpful with any questions I had. I stayed with my husband and my two teenage children. They did not want to share a bed as there are only two so Lori ordered a blowup mattress for us! I felt like I had been transported to a different place! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend this property! Also, if I had a question, Lori was very quick to reply! Our stay was magnificent!

My family (wife and two young daughters) stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid June. The property is pristine. The inside is exactly what you see in pictures. It's very small, but we know that from the listing. MV isnt a place you want to spend much time indoors anyway. We brought our bikes, which was great because the house is just under a mile from the center of town. Our girls made a little nest up in the loft and seemed to love it. My wife and I slept on the opened futon downstairs and it was fine. Just needed to close it up each day. Loved the outdoor shower! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Away from traffic and quiet, yet a easy walk to restaurants and shops. The access road is a block from Tonys Market for supplies. Outdoor space feels private too. The place has everything we needed for cooking up breakfast. The ladder to the loft is taller and steeper than I expected, but well secured had extra handles. My husband and I slept up there on a super comfortable mattress. We have 2 teenagers and used the extra inflatable mattress for a third bed. We loved the outdoor shower. Fans and airconditioning were set for a cool arrival. Host was responsive helpful and kind.

We felt we were in a doll house! But, don't be fool, it had everything, everything you need to feel you are home away from home, comfortable and greeted in the most caring way! Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful hostess, Lynette and José

Property manager was very helpful, cottage was very clean, welcoming, comfortable. It was nice to be away from the crowd but only a short walk to town. Great time!
