Magnificent little house, gîte, well located

Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcome by our hosts, Fabrice & Alexandra, who gave us time to unpack & then invited us to join them for a drink on the terrace. The accommodation is superb. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, plus ideally located for visting the surrounding areas due to excellent road links. The garden around the property is just incredible ... you have your own outside space but there are also lots of break out areas, which allow privacy, but also communal areas where you can socialise with the family if you wish. The pool is outstanding and was very much appreciated during the heat of the day. Fabrice & Alexandra are excellent hosts, not just by giving us great tourist advice, but by being such genuinely lovely people. We did not just have a holiday here, we were made to feel so comfortable and have made some new friends who we will be visiting again in the future.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this attractive and well-equipped gite. There is comfortable outdoor seating and the swimming pool was lovely. Fabrice and Alexandra were delightful, welcoming us warmly and always helpful. They kindly provide much needed support when we had a major problem with our hire car. There is lots to do in the area, with Avignon, Arles and other historical cities within easy reach. We are interested in birds and enjoyed visiting the Carmague, in particular seeing lots of flamingos in the parc ornithogique at Pont de Gau and we went on an excellent boat trip from Saintes Maries de la Mer. Another favourite was the astonishing cave paintings in the Grotte Cosquer at Marseille. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much, Fabrice and Alexandra.

This house is very beautifull designed with quality furniture and kitchentools. The hosts are extremly serviceminded and helpfull and kind. Like beeing a parton the family.

There's nothing to say other than that this is the best place we've ever stayed and we wish we'd had three weeks instead of two. The photos don't do it justice, especially as there is now a totally retractable pool cover and the garden is lovely. Total privacy together with many options for relaxing, including a table under the shade, sunlounges and sunbeds. The pool, which is kept at a very comfortable 30 degrees, is in front of the owners' house, but this isn't inhibiting at all. We spent several days lying around the pool. Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly and we had many opportunities to chat and share a drink. We thought Junior (a German Shepherd) and the cats were lovely. Very well equipped and decorated. Everything worked well. Easy parking inside. Very good location for exploring from the Camargue to the fishing villages east of Marseille and up into the pretty villages of Provence. We can't recommend all this enough!

From the moment we arrived we knew that this was going to be the ideal place for our ten day visit. Once we had freshened up we joined Fabrice and Alexandra who had invited us for a glass of wine and a beer. They made us feel very welcome from the first moment we met. They also provided us with all the local knowledge we needed to enjoy our stay. The property was clean, well equipped, cared for and gave us everything we needed. We were able to cook and eat outside as the weather during our stay was perfect. The pool was covered at night which means even if the temperature outside drops it is possible to swim late into the evening. And as soon as the cover is pulled back in the morning the pool temperature is perfect for an early morning dip. There was more than ample seating both in the sun or shade by our Gite, in the garden and by the pool, as well as plenty of loungers. Ideal for those relaxing days. The location, too, was perfect for exploring the region. There are so many things to do in this part of France we are sure that we will return to this area one day, and indeed this property providing it is available. I look forward to being able visiting again in either the spring or summer months as I am sure that we would see some fabulous colours. The family have a lovely dog called Junior who looked as sad as I felt when we had to say goodbye.
