Luxury Cottage Directly Across From the Beach Hot Tub Center of Downtown-Private

We were in town for Jeepin the Coast and this property location was perfect for our needs. Off street parking in front of house was nice and we appreciated the hot tub as a nice feature after being on the go all day.Bed was comfy, house was clean and we would stay here again.

Cute and comfy cottage. Downtown area of Pass Christian is darling. We highly recommend the Cat Island Coffee Shop & Bookstore. Only real challenge was the ants around the hot tub. We noticed too late that the owners had left ant spray (so a trip to pharmacy for hubby). Kitchen had all the basic tools for being able to cook meals and Walmart was just 10 minutes down the road. We'd stay again if we found ourselves headed this way.

The place was clean and the bed was comfy. Host was easy to get in touch with when I had a question about parking. Loved that it was easy to walk to shops and the water. Everything was as listed and we were very happy with our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage in Pass Christian! The location was perfect — close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was beautifully decorated with such a cozy coastal feel, and everything was very clean and welcoming.The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals during our stay. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making guests feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!Elizabeth was quick to respond and very helpful with check-in!

Loved location

We stay on the MS, AL, FL coast multiple times per year and have never filed a bad review but this stay was so bad we left early. Upon arrival in the late afternoon we decided to use the hot tub, it was not on and it was extremely dirty. Getting ready to take a shower but the water would not heat up. Later we were told you had to put the handle in a certain position for hot water. The water still would only get warm enough for a very quick shower. We decided to watch TV in bed, the TV didn’t work. My wife had walked around indoors in her socks, when she removed them the bottoms were dark brown dirty. I decided to check the a/c filter, it was unbelievably filthy. I contacted the host. She came out the following morning to drain and clean the hot tub. Said the property had been cleaned but she said she would re-mop the floors. No remedy for the TV. We actually asked for a full refund and we would just leave. No deal. The next morning the WiFi worked for about 10 minutes and stopped. Now the front TV wouldn’t work. We texted the host multiple times trying to get the TVs fixed. We were told the modem for this property was in another building approximately 90’ away. At one point the host texted us that all we did was complain. She was correct, we were trying to get things fixed so we could enjoy our stay. We contacted VRBO trying to get some assistance, no luck. We left on Wednesday. We got a small refund.This is a true story.

The cottage was cute, comfortable and well decorated. Easy walking access to the beach, local shops and restaurants. The only downside was that there was an event being held in the yard and parking area and set up was daily, starting the morning after our arrival. Between all the various vehicle's and workers it definitely impacted the vacation feel.

Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Hot tub was nice, nice outside space.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay with this property! They were super quick to respond every time we needed something or had questions and were very accommodating with our needs and preferences. There are a lot of activities to do especially within a 20 minute drive. They also have a beautiful boutique they own right in front of the property that has so many cute outfits and accessories. Definitely an amazing spot to visit and I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Overall the back house was very nice. Very comfortable bed, clean rooms, easy parking, quick walk to great coffee and food. Our one complaint was that the house has a gas smell - we were thinking it came from the dryer. We opened all the doors for awhile and it was better. We didn't end up using the hot tub or fire pit, as it was all wet from rain.

Location is everything, close to a lot of shops, restaurants and gulf. It was a great get away just few personal preference things kept from 5 stars, such as bed not being firm (if like fluffy beds then this isn’t a problem), the place smelled like a dog (if have a dog probably used to that smell, but I’m not a dog fan)

From start to finish this place is a winner. The host, Elizabeth, is fabulous! We realized the remote was missing for the bedroom television and she immediately took care of it. The house is well furnished and decorated. The kitchen had what we needed for the week we were there. The washer and dryer was a nice plus. We ended up not using the fire pit or the hot tub but it was nice to know we could!

All good and location where can walk to restaurants and shops.

This amazing cottage is our “home away from home”. It is our favorite place to stay! Walking distance to downtown and quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows are AMAZING!!! We love staying here!

What a perfect place!!! Small and cozy with lovely amenities, including a hot tub that we didn’t have to share with anyone! My husband and I loved that we were close to the beach and to some of our favorite restaurants. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay

We had the absolute best time at the cottage! The hot tub was such a peaceful way to end the evenings along with the fire pit! It comfortably fits at least 6 guests and all the beds were so comfy. The boutiques on site were nice to visit. We will definitely book again soon!

The host was fantastic to work with before and during the stay. The house was clean and as described. The bed is very comfy! It is a quiet area but close to everything in Pass Christian. We loved walking the downtown area and exploring the shops. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Very cute and quaint little cottage in the middle of a neat little village setting. Although it was a bit small for myself and 3 children, it was a great weekend getaway. I did not use the hot tub, but I absolutely loved having the patio furniture with firepit to enjoy at night. Owner was very responsive and nice.

This cottage was beautiful. It had everything we needed and fits a family of 6 perfectly. The hot tub and fire pit was our favorite part of the trip! We look forward to coming back again!

This is a very cozy and comfortable little property. It was perfect for a family of three. The location was quiet and convenient. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The accommodations were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The host was very polite and gave us all the information we needed. Everything was clean and ready to use. We did not use the hot tub, but it was nice to have the option if we wanted to. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a great little place for just me and my wife, close to everything, its right behind a dress shop so it was a little hard to find at first, but would stay there again for sure.
