There are ocean views from the kitchen, living area, den and both top floor decks. It features a huge Private pool(20x45) with fire pit, seven decks or balconies, an elevator, and a fireplace, Tesla charger, a lighted bocce ball court, badminton court and horseshoe pit. The cottage (attached with a foyer) also has a living room with flat screen TV with YouTube streaming device, and a small kitchen with microwave, small refrigerator, and dishwasher. A community pool and 2 tennis courts are one block away (for use by North Shores residents and guests only) and a private guarded beach. This is truly a one of a kind home!
