Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this property. It was very smart, well decorated and in a great location. We loved the kitchen which was well equipped and had a good flow. The heating system was spot on and felt very comfortable. The separation of 2 houses in one was very clever. Although the lounge area was spacious, it probably needed more seating for 10 people. I would highly recommend this house. Very lovely.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The cottage/s worked well for an extended family and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The grounds were lovely and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and villages straight from the door or by car. The highlights of our stay had to be the wonderful Quince & Clover Cafe, Daylesford Farm Shop and the teens meeting Clarkson and Kaleb at the Farmers Dog. Improvements…it would really help to have better road side visibility for the main entrance, maybe a light over the sign by the road would help, it’s difficult to locate in the dark. The shower pressure in the smaller cottage wasn’t good, most of the water was gushing out of the broken hose. Expect no frills bedrooms that could do with plug sockets by all of the mirrors for hairdryers etc. We didn’t have time to use them but for anyone staying longer, the bedroom TVs aren’t adequate. We would love to go back to Great Tew and the Cotswolds, it’s beautiful!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Went for a birthday celebration and was very pleasantly surprised at the location. Do quiet for a restful stay. Locality to many interesting places ie Blenheim and diddly squat. Also the accommodation was excellent well thought out and furnished very tastefully Only one criticism was the the cottage had no cooking facilities and if you wanted to rent just that end you would need to eat out all the time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a Cotswold stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My children their partners, my grandchildren and myself had a lovely stay in a beautifully converted barn in a very idyllic spot. Everything about this place says quality. I would encourage anyone to stay here and enjoy the comfort and peace.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property provides plenty of bedrooms and the living areas are very spacious with lovely furnishings throughout. We wanted a property that we could make our own lunch party for 10 and found the kitchen was very well equipped for entertaining and cooking. We also had a superb Sunday lunch at the Falkland arms in the nearby village. It is in a lovely area and the large garden area would be great to use in the summer time We would definitely consider it again for our next reunion!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were visiting from the US and wanted a spot for all our family to get together, not only was the location perfect but the barn was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed. Spacious kitchen and living area for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, and we appreciated the milk, delicious shortbread, coffee and tea. Bathrooms are stunning. Out door area is beautiful, and we hiked for miles right from the back door. We didn't use the BBQ. Short drive to the Falkland Arms..... ( Or easy walk during the light) Perfect country pub and great food. The whole complex would be amazing to rent for a large gathering. THANKYOU

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We needed accommodation for seven to celebrate our daughter’s 40th birthday and this property which is two linked was perfect. Property finished to a high standard and bathrooms were lovely. We would have liked two ovens but managed with one and kitchen was otherwise excellent. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Outside area ideal although extra sun beds would have been useful if weather better.
