Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great location and set up. Deep water at the dock. It is a little rough, but if you know how to tie off a boat, you will be fine. The property owner is on site which bothered my wife but he wound up being very friendly and unobtrusive.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025First, the pictures do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The home is spacious with all the amenities a family needs for a wonderful getaway. Such a cozy feel. Enjoy the big windows overlooking the lake. The shower and bath in the master bathroom was our favorite! Everything was clean and we had anything we could have possibly needed for an enjoyable weekend. The front door is a little tricky to get into so that might need to be worked on but aside from that everything is just so perfect. Thank you for a wonderful home for the weekend. We really enjoyed it.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Place and view were beautiful. The pictures dont do it any justice. It was cold but was still able to fish. Hard to throw from the dock because the poles are close together and a 7ft ceiling but doable. Killed half a day in Guntersville just walking through all the shops. Was a good time. The mattresses were hard as a rock would be my only complaint but everything else was fantastic. Owners are right next door but they just said hello and was about it. Would stay again

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Lovely guest cottage comfortably sleeps two couples and includes a pull out couch. Well appointed full kitchen plus kitchenette downstairs with wine fridge, full fridge, and ice maker. Luxury bathrooms with walk in showers and great water pressure. Comfortable beds with soft linens. Comfy furniture for lounging. But by far the best part of this house are the views of the lake, whether from the upstairs screened in porch, the downstairs picture frame windows, or the roof deck of the boathouse. From sunrise to sunset, looking out at the lake provides the serenity you are looking for. Guest should know that the main seating area outside faces the owner's residence, who may be present. In addition, while the bedroom windows that face the owner's house have blinds, the windows in the common areas do not. The owners were present at check in and were very welcoming and hospitable. Would have liked a toaster ?
