From the commanding central island there is a four stool breakfast bar, double doors into the garden and views all the way through the living space.

Dining & Sitting Area - Running the length of the house the already impressive space expands further with large bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. Lakeside Bedroom - King-sized bed with matching bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawer, large mirrored wardrobe and French window onto the balcony that connects to the Mallards Bedroom.
Ensuite Shower Room (to Lakeside Bedroom) - Marble tiled walk-in water-fall power shower, hand-basin and lavatory.
Garden Bedroom - King sized bed with matching bedside tables and hanging reading lights and large wardrobe.
