Luxurious Harbor View Millie Cottage! Walk & bike to everything!

This property was pristine. We loved it from the moment we walked in. It was adorably decorated and had all the essentials. It was extremely close to downtown too!

Wow, this property was SO beautiful! When we arrived, there was such soft calming music playing, the lights were on & it was so COZY!! All the amenities were perfect, and the towels were so soft! I would definitely book this property again for a future Nantucket trip! I was VERY impressed!

This property blew us away. Even better than the photos suggest. Great location. Comfy beds and all the amenities needed were there. Communication from Theresa was above expectations, very helpful. This cottage is an A in our book. Already thinking of our next visit!!! Thank you.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was well maintained and well designed. The small beach and the ease of going into the center of town were highlights. Having a dedicated parking space was very useful. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful clean townhouse very close to town(walk in 5-10 minutes). Well stocked, can see the harbor from the house. Was perfect for our stay!

This was an excellent spot for my family during our recent trip to Nantucket. The location was great, and it was easy to walk into town. The property was updated and clean. Thresa was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We rented two houses next to each other, which was perfect for our family to spread out. I highly recommend this place!

The “Millie” cottage was adorable and just as pictured in the listing. Our family of 3 plus Millie the Corgi loved Theresa’s place. Located within walking distance of the downtown galleries, shops, and dining. We enjoyed all the amenities and outdoor space. The 2 full baths were a bonus ad sparkling clean. Definitely recommend.

Had a great weekend at this rental and was surprised at how big it was and that it had an outdoor garden space and terrace. Gorgeous, well appointed, and walking distance to everything! The unit was missing an outdoor sign, so that was tricky trying to identify the condo in the dark…but we eventually figured it out after knocking on some doors. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Great location

Adorable beach cottage, walking distance to town. All the finishes and decorating touches were lovely, comfortable bedding, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms . Cozy stay which was appreciated as the spring weather turned cold, grey, and blustery and we did not get the beach and outdoor time we anticipated and spent more time indoors reading and watching movies.

Beautiful getaway , close to everything in walking distance which was a huge plus for us. The pictures were exactly how the cottage looked and more. We felt for our first time visiting this was the perfect coastal escape-charming peaceful and beautifully maintained. I do have to say the beds were so comfortable and the host responded quickly to all messages.We definitely would stay here again

The Millie cottage was perfect for our little family. We were very comfortable in this beautiful home that was walking distance to town. We had a minor issue with the door lock and it was resolved very quickly with no interruption to us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet during our off-season stay. Hope to return!

The kitchen, living space, and bedrooms were great! The location was perfect for what we hoped for - we wanted a cute place within walking distance to town and this was 100% on the mark. We are very happy we stayed here. We had a little challenge finding our unit as there isn't a D clearly marked on it. The downstairs bathroom door is impossible to fully shut without waking people up upstairs. I would not describe this as a beach view as from this unit, you have to walk to the end of the drive way for an unobstructed view.

Location is good, property is good.We had trouble with the lock code and there was no contact info on the email communication, only inside the unit. Had to eventually go to one of the neighbors to get the number to call. Once we called the property mgr in Atlanta she was VERY helpful. Also, the low ceiling in the MBR is dangerous. I still have a lump on my head. Also, the fees are outrageous.

Beautiful, clean, modern and well decorated home that is ideally located to downtown and ferry. Enjoyed our accommodations even though our trip was cut short due to the nor’easter.

Location was fantastic, close to everything, enough space for my family of four (2 teens, 2 adults). Perfect place to spend a few days just enjoying Nantucket!

Nice, great time

The accommodations were very nice—clean, well-decorated. Plenty of room for a family of four. A ten-minute walk to the heart of Nantucket's downtown area. Great bedding and linens!That said, the property description needs to fix two errors. The first is that it lists a pool in the description. There is no pool. When I asked the owners about this they told us we could pay to use the pool at a club 10 minutes away. I would take pool out of the property description.The other thing to be aware of is that I wouldn't call this a Harbor View property. As you can see in the picture, the windows look directly into an adjacent building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Great location walking distance to town and bike paths. Well appointed unit with nice sheets, beach chairs, private patio. Room to lock up bikes outside. Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second).

We had the absolute best time at the Millie cottage. It was beautiful, clean, and the location was top notch. Every detail was thought of inside from the decor, to the luxurious bedding, and the products. Location is perfect because it’s easily walkable to downtown but also quiet and the short walk to the duck pond was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here, and hope I get the chance to stay again!

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of space to hang out and having 2 full bathrooms was nice. It was within walking distance (10 min) to town. Parking at the cottage is easy. The decor is charming and modern. Comfy beds. Booking, check-in and check-out were easy. Kitchen is well-equipped. Would definitely stay again (and hope to).

We just returned from an incredible 3-night stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in Nantucket, and it exceeded all our expectations. Traveling as two couples (and two dogs!), we found the space perfect for a relaxing and memorable getaway.The house itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a great balance of coastal charm and modern comfort. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering plenty of privacy, and the layout felt spacious without being overwhelming. The house was impressively well-stocked – we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The location is fantastic – quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk to the beaches and town center. Whether we were grabbing coffee, exploring the island by bus, or just enjoying dinner downtown, everything felt easy and accessible. Highly recommend this home for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly stay in a prime Nantucket spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay on Nantucket in this wonderful cottage! The cottage is an easy walk from the ferry and town, and you can catch a bus less than a block away. It was very clean and everything was as expected. The beds were very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at Millie Cottage! The house was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—including our dog, who loved the yard!. The location was ideal; close to beaches, restaurants, downtown and all the charm Nantucket has to offer. Theresa and the property addressed every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Second time we’ve rented this cottage. Very clean and well appointed. Location couldn’t be better. Only about 3 blocks to center of town. Will certainly be back!

Great location and perfect for family.

The house was super cute and perfect for a long weekend with myself, my teenage daughter and two of her friends. It was about a 5 minute walk to Main Street. My only “complaint” is that the front door and the downstairs bathroom door were extremely difficult to open and close but besides that small weird thing the house was well stocked with necessities and the perfect size for the four of us. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

This was our third stay at this cottage because of the excellent location and nice outdoor area. We appreciate the nice interior upgrades that were completed since our visit last year. One block from the harbor near the Yacht Club and 5-minute walk to downtown.
