Really great!

We had such a wonderful time at “Lizzie” Cottage! It was even better than we imagined. When we first got there, the door code didn’t work, but we were able to make contact with Theresa immediately, and she sorted it out for us remotely in just a few minutes! The cottage was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need to cook while we were there, but we did notice that the kitchen was well-stocked and the cookware was fantastic—better than anything we’ve ever used in previous rentals. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect! We could walk to everything downtown, and driving was super easy, allowing us to get to all parts of the island without having to deal with traffic in town. We’re really hoping to come back someday and will definitely consider “Lizzie” Cottage or another one of Theresa’s rentals as our first choice!

Adorable cottage with everything you could need for a stay. Immaculately clean and a simple walk to town for everything. Host was super responsive to questions and gave great info on the area. Absolutely recommend this place!

We had such a lovely stay! There was soft music and fresh flowers upon our arrival, nice touch. Everything was so clean. Theresa was great too! The bed was so comfortable and luxurious. We will definitely come back.

Great location

Theresa's cottage was absolutely the perfect place for a quick getaway for myself and husband. The house it beautiful, perfect size for two and came equipped with everything we needed. Not to mention the perfect location and access to town! Theresa was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish in booking and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and exactly as pictured online. It was perfectly located with a short walk into town. There were ant traps all over the interior of the home but no visible bug problem. My one complaint is that on the day of check in the property owner was very unresponsive but overall we had a lovely stay.

Unit was very clean and well appointed. Not large but manageable. Parking was clear but super tight, glad we didn't take our truck!

As a long time summer visitor to ACK, this cottage on stilts on a street I’d never known was a find. Quiet, cozy and well located. Great for 1-2 adults. Off street parking a plus.

Very cute place a short walk to town. House came equipped with everything we needed.

The place can be described with one word, excellent!Everything from cleanliness, value and comfort was perfect. Very comfy bed and quiet area.We traveled with our small dog and the only thing we were not happy with was the very high dog fee.Would come again any time.

Lizzie’s cottage was very clean and well stocked ! It had everything we needed for a 4 night visit, even bathrobes ! Location was excellent . Walk or bike to everything . We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint cottage, good location Perfect for 2 people

We packed a lot into our 2 days on Nantucket but it was so nice to come back to the cozy comfy Lizzie cottage every day as a home base. We will be back!

Great place. However toilet seat was broken. I contacted the property manager and never heard back. Would have appreciated a run down about what to do when leaving. Did not detail I’d sheets should be stripped or cleaned. Otherwise I nice unit.

Theresa was a lovely host that was always quick to respond. The cottage was perfectly located, close enough to walk to town, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. The cottage was clean with all the modern amenities and views of the water. The perfect home away from home.

Unfortunately we wish we would have stayed longer, Nantucket is a great place to visit and our accommodations were very nice.
