Lovely Beach Cottage With View Of you Channel, Park, & Lighthouse.

This house is old and hardly anything has been updated. It was fairly clean and as advertised. I would stay here again but it would not be my first option.

My group of friends and I stayed here for the second time recently. It’s a great place to stay with a nice view of the water, and walking distance to the beach and light houses!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach so we didn’t have to deal with parking which was nice. We had a pleasant time sitting on the large balcony in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the frieghters pass by. Pricing was fair compared with other properties in the beachside community. Plenty of room as well. We would definitely stay again!

This location can’t be beat! As you can see in the pictures the interior is older but it is clean, the furniture is comfortable and the 1 bedroom apartment downstairs was a great separation for our multigenerational group. Jeff is a great host and he provided all the linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap which was a first for any place that we have rented in the past. If we book a stay in Muskegon again, I would book this home again without hesitation.

Older home, but well maintained. Jeff, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond if we needed something. Fantastic location. Our group loved the proximity to the playground, beach, and The Deck with live music every night. The grownups enjoyed drinks on the deck above the garage and the Michigan sunsets almost every night. Plenty of space for our group of 9, plus one dog. We had a great time!

Great location , the house was perfect for our family!! Couldnt ask for a better vacation . The home was perfect. Loved the separate apartment downstairs definitely returning . Jeff the host was so amazing

Older property but very well maintained and in a great location. Easy walk to park, playground and beach. Also well stocked with amenities in kitchen and linens.

Nice beach house across the street from our kids's favorite Michigan locations! The Muskegon Lake Channel and The Deck!

The front deck was AMAZING. Afternoon sun, view of the channels comings and goings, and sparkling Lake Michigan.Easy walk to The Deck and submarine museum. Nice playground for families across the street. We enjoyed our stay.The place was CLEAN, and even had coffee to get us started with our first pot of coffee.Jeff was nice, even stopped by during our stay to see if everything was OK. Great experience!

Enjoyed our stay near one of the best Lake Michigan beaches. Location was excellent for heading to the beach and the Deck for dinner and live music. The house was roomy and comfortable for our group of five.

Location perfect. Across the street from a park. Within easy walking distance of Pierre Marquette Beach and even closer to another nice smaller beach- the Cove-where the water is a little warmer. Beach restaurant also very close. Spent a lot of time on the deck of the property. On the channel between Lakes Michigan and Muskeegon, so great place for walks. Owner met us there and was easy to communicate with.

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. Another great trip to Muskegon. The location of this house is what brought us back. So close to the beaches, the Deck bar, and to the piers. It is so very nice to have a vacation spot where you don’t have to drive to the beach. The front deck is perfect for the lakeside breeze and catching some sun. The host Jeff is great.
