My husband and I rented the cabin for our wedding weekend since my family owes the cottage across the street. It honestly could not have been more perfect. The location made the weekend go more smoothly and the cabin was so cute! Definitely recommend.

This was literally a two minute walk from downtown shops, restaurants, and beach!! We came for a girls weekend and never had to take our vehicle anywhere! If we needed more drinks we were able to walk to the party store!! The cabin was very clean and was stocked everything, we just brought our own food! Communication between us and the owner was great!! We will forsure be Coming back next year!

Everything was within walking distance. Enjoyed painting and sketching on the beach and also fires were cozy at night. Very clean and comfortable cabin. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were excellent.

We were in town for a wedding and had such a wonderful stay this past weekend! The house is so quaint and cozy, with so much charm. It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown, the beach, and all our favorite spots. The hosts were absolutely amazing too. They are so responsive and kind, and even went out of their way to be flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our trip so much easier. This was our second time staying here and both experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great location, great hosts! My family had a great time in Lexington and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. It’s close to the fun, clean and well appointed for a family of four. The hosts were super helpful and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place!

Cottage was cute and comfy. SO close to shops and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and back yard was nice to hang out and have nice little fire.

Walkable community with theatre, restaurants, charming market, beaches. Topped only by a comfortable rental with equipped with all necessities and thoughtful extras!

Home was very clean, up to date, well stocked and in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the stores and the lake. Looking forward to staying again. Owner was very accommodating. Let us check in early for FREE. unheard-of these days. Wife and i had a great relaxing stay.

Cedar Sweets is cute and comfortable. Terry is easy to communicate with and he sets up the cottage so it is warm and inviting as you check in/enter. It's a couple blocks from restaurants and shopping and the beach. We had a great stay!

The cottage was a very nice little place for my husband and I. It was clean and cute! It was comfortable and within a very short walking distance to town. There was a nice patio in back, fire pit and a grill. I enjoyed my stay!

Such a beautiful relaxing home. You can go anywhere in downtown Lexington by walking. So close to everything. Beds were comfortable, snacks a nice touch, enjoyable front porch where everyone said hello! We needed a weekend away just too short of course. Will come back again! Host was very accommodating. My husband and I stayed here for our yearly Labor Day weekend get away. It was the perfect location downtown and near the beach. Everything is within walking distance or a very quick bike ride! The place was super clean and Terry was the perfect host! Everything you'd need for a week away is provided! We enjoyed the fire pit out back and the small porch in front where I sat and read my book every morning after some coffee from Lexington Coffee Co. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Terry is the best! His cottage is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The backyard is charming. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and downtown area. We will be back!

We celebrated our anniversary at this cottage. We couldn’t have picked a better weekend or location. The host is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. The location is the best because you can easily walk to anything in downtown Lexington. We were there the weekend of the arts & crafts show. We also enjoyed a concert Friday night in the park.

Terry was wonderful to work with. Since we had to cut our stay to leave early for a family funeral, Terry allowed us to check in early. He was at the cottage when we arrived and helped put pur stuff in our rooms, put out the chairs on the back deck, and showed us how to unlock the cottage. The place was immaculate and even had snacks and water for us. The beach was a little ways away, an the Lexington beach is a LONG walk to the water. There was a great breeze coming off the lake, but that made the waves too difficult for my 77-year-old self to enjoy the water. Plenty of things to do in the area, as well as an abundance of eateries. We had a great time.

This is a very nice small two bedroom cottage a block away from downtown. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Considering its location, the backyard is surprisingly private. Owner is very thoughtful. It worked out very well for the two of us and we would stay there again.

Very nice and clean cottage in an excellent location! It was somewhat tight for the three adults but we managed. It’s perfect for the two mature adults and I know I’ll be back next year with another friend. My only suggestion is to add a small coffee table to the living room so one has a place to put down the phone or a TV control. The property manager Terry was very pleasant and helped us immediately with a couple of requests we had. He was a pleasure to work with!
