*LOCATION* 2 Min Walk To Private Beach In Breakwater Village / Pt Judith

Great host, perfect location...just walking distance to the beach!

Comfortable, clean, and an amazing location in Breakwater Village! The cottage itself was more than enough for our party of two; I could easily see a family of up to 5 people comfortably enjoy their stay in this cute cottage! The private beach was never too crowded, and also boasted some gorgeous sunsets! Communication with Rob was easy, he responded quickly whenever we reached out with a question. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Brought my mom to the beach for her 60th birthday and this stay did not disappoint! Beautiful neighborhood and private beach just a minute walk down the path. Cottage was clean and the outdoor shower was awesome! Rob was a great host and very responsive. Could not have been better!

Cottage was very clean,comfy beds, very close to the beach.

This cute bungalow is in a wonderful private community just steps from the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with almost everything!We loved our stay and hope to be back in a couple of months!

Our stay was relaxing we went up for the weekend for our daughters graduation ,this cute cottage was close to everything’s short two minute walk to the beach and short drive to shopping center Rob the owner was so nice and ready to answer any questions I had to make our stay comfortable thank you Rob I highly recommend this home thank you,Fran

First time to Rhode Island.... this cozy cottage served as a perfect home base for sunrises, sunsets, ocean views, lighthouse vistas, and day trips to Newport, Mystic, and Block Island.

We had an excellent time in Narragansett. Beautiful home that was clean and well cared for.

This was a trip for my daughter’s “30th bday. Very clean! Great communication and perfect location!! The home is the perfect size and in a very quiet area. We had a wonderful time and will book this home again!!!

Wonderfully equipped and clean house to enjoy the RI coastline. Great location near Point Judith Lighthouse. I enjoyed walking along the private beach and out to the Lighthouse each day. Rob was a really great host and checked in to ensure I had everything I needed.

This home was very clean. It has all the things you need in the kitchen ( even though we didn’t use any). It is a bit small because the beds are full size and twin. So, not a lot of space to share the bed when one is 6’4. Also, the beds are covered in plastic covers to protect the mattress, which is good to keep things clean, but we felt the warm from this and were hot. I have it a 4 star review because of this, and because one has to geo g all bed linens, covers and pillows, plus all personal towels which takes up a lot of space in the car.

Had an amazing few day getaway with my wife. Rob was very helpful and always offered to help if needed. Property was very cozy and the environment of the neighborhood was a nice relaxing experience. We will be back!
