Little House, Cute, Cozy Artist Cottage

Very clean and well kept. Washer and dryer was especially nice to have. Kitchen was a nice plus.

Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Cottage has every thing you need and in a great location for getting around the island.

Really lovely place with thoughtful touches like nightlights. Decor was eclectic/artistic: something interesting everywhere we looked. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. We did have to hunt a bit to find the dish towels and extra TP. The only downside was a bit of an insect problem: roaches. Just a couple, but not nice to find.

This was an adorable little cottage and a wonderful place to stay while visiting Cedar Key. It had everything we needed and. The owners were just next door if we needed anything. Everything is within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice, funky little home in the funky little town of Cedar Key. Very well maintained, cozy cottage, exactly as pictured. Plus everything is a few blocks away, including the 'downtown' restaurants, the gulf, and even a great little park bench at the west end of 5th St. to watch the sun go down, bottle of wine optional.

We liked everything about the property the best thing is the location.

Perfect location to walk into town. Kitchen has all basic needs for cooking . Enclosed backyard for storing bicycles. Plenty of space for 2 adults. Cutely decorated. Easy checkin and checkout. A/C works well. Good wifi. Will stay here again when visiting Cedar Key.

This is a quaint , quiet cottage within walking distance to town . It was very comfortable and clean. The host could not have been nicer. We will definitely be back!

The little house that we stayed in was perfect! We enjoyed walking all over the island. Our hosts - Cindy and Mike were also very personable and we enjoyed getting to know them. Cedar Key is a gem for sure.

Cute, artistically decorated, clean, friendly host. However, we left day early after finding dirty roaches on kitchen counter. Bit palmetto bug which are common in Florida, but the longer thin nasty kind ..although all live roaches are revolting

From the moment we walked through the door, the Artist Cottage vibe felt so welcoming and thoughtful. It is perfectly decorated, making the space feel both cozy and inspiring.The cottage is tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood where we felt completely at peace, yet it still had every single thing we could have possibly needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to find a place that feels this well-loved and intentional. We enjoyed every minute of the quiet atmosphere and the charming surroundings—we truly didn't want to leave! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of character, this is the perfect spot.

The Little House, on the exterior, attracted us. Upon entering, we were immersed in a wonderful visual plethora of original art, books, kitch and collectibles effectively distributed throughout the house which contributed to our overall intrigue and enjoyment of this environment. The house was clean with ample amenities, located in a residential area but within walking distance to the center of town. Mike and Cindy, living nearby, introduced themselves to us and confirmed that their accommodations would meet our utmost expectations. This place is a little gem for a couple people to stay in Cedar Key. Would not consider staying anywhere else in our next visit to this wonderful part of Florida.

The location is hard to beat: near the pier and beach, beautiful sunsets around the corner.

This is a wonderful cottage. The hosts have put in hard work and a lot of TLC to make it comfortable and welcoming. It was perfect for my husband and I. Little House was clean, quiet and private. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Not only was the host very welcoming and very kind, but this place was a gym to stay in. It is spotless and decorated very cutely. Everything was comfortable about it. Like I mean everything! We loved our stay there.

Awesome, cozy and peaceful little cottage. We so enjoyed our relaxing and peaceful weekend in Cedar Key. Loved the little town and peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for a future stay.

We loved this little house. We were celebrating my birthday weekend, but a couple of things would have made the place earn five stars. There is no oven, which created a problem for my girl friend to bake me a birthday cake, and the shower is extremely small. In the e-mail the host mention that they do not charge a cleaning fee and I was charged in my bill 50. The house is very clean and comfortable and we did enjoy our visit.

Easy walking to anywhere you’d want to go - most places downtown are 3-4 blocks (Tiki Hut us as far as we ventured and about 1 1/4 mi each way)Cottage is perfectly appointed and neat as a pin. We didn’t want for anything. Grocery market is still closed so bring food if you intend to cook. Kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back!

Our first visit to Cedar Key and we are most impressed. This is our kind of place…laid back, quiet, friendly, lots of wildlife, good food, coastal and all within walking distance. Little House was perfect for my husband and me. We had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space, cozy atmosphere and fabulously decorated. We enjoyed ground coffee beans (provided) for fresh coffee each morning. The owners were helpful, great at communication and friendly.

I’ve been to Cedar Key multiple times and this is my new favorite spot. Great place to relax and read and walkable to the center of town! Will be staying with Cindy again soon!

This was the cutest house and area!!

The property was in a great location, perfect for two adults and filled with unique artwork and antiques. Cedar Key is a nice town for bike riding and walking. Hosts Cindy and Mike were there to welcome us and have done a nice job decorating and maintaining the cottage.

This was our fourth or fifth stay at the little house over many years, and as always it was immaculately clean and inviting. The hosts could not be nicer, and the love and care that they put into the home is evident. We will be back again and again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

This place was beyond our expectations. This place was a delight to live I for a few days. So comfortable, great location, and the art work and unique collectibles were eye candy to us. We would definitely stay here again…it was hard to leave.

We enjoyed our stay in the Little House! Mike and Cindy thought of everything to make it comfortable and homey! Loved the eclectic artwork and decorative style. The location was convenient to the downtown area and sightseeing areas. We rented a golf cart to tour around and enjoyed the Cedar Key restaurants and little shops!
