Little Eleven Place at Pelican's Rest

I did not have water for a good part of two days when I was there I had no access to a shower. My toilet didn't work and on the third day the water was back on and a toilet back washed into my shower when I got up and flushed the toilet to use the shower and I had to clean that before I could even take a shower my host assured me she would give me a refund and all she did was give me 25 for two days of the water being off in a third day of disgusting mess in my shower for two days I had to go find another place to take a shower and I had to keep running out to other places to use the toilet. This hardly seems like 25 is sufficient. It was a terrible experience.

Clean, nice owners, and close to wingfoiling.

This darling cottage was steps to the water and a 10 minute walk to downtown Jensen bars and restaurants. The location is perfect, the host was friendly, communicative and available throughout our stay, and the space was perfect for a party of 2. Will definitely be back!!

AIR CONDITIONER WAS TO SMALL FOR COTTAGE. WE LEFRT WITH 2 DAYS BEFORE WE HAD TO DUE TO A/C.MANAGER WAS FRIENDLY, WAS QUIET PLACE TO STAY IN COOL WEATHER. UNIT WE STAYED IN WAS 11 AND WOULD BE NICE IN COOLER WEATHER, NOT MIDDLE OF SUMMER

Very well located. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple nights.

Perfect size, everything you need, close to where I was spending time locally, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the water, restaurants, bar, and a nice produce stand. My only complaint bears no reflection on the host but the neighbor there had mentioned that if you want to be near the water, you'll be near the train tracks. Felt like I was transported into the movie My Cousin Vinnie as the train goes by several times a day and night with whistle. The neighbor said you get used to it.

It was so quiet and peaceful. Very clean, just Enough space for myself. I loved this little beach getaway and the owners were so communicative and even were kind enough to let me stay an extra day for free which made my whole month honestly. I highly recommend this little stay!

Great location so close to beach, shops and restaurants

Great location and perfect size for 2 adults and our pup. The cottage had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We would stay again.

The communication with our host was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The property is clean, quaint, and within walking distance of downtown. Nearby gems are the Snook Nook (fishing supplies) and Periwinkle eco kayak rentals. We will be back soon!
