Lakeside Vacation Rental Inside Gates of Lakeside Ohio

We had an amazing stay. We come every year and this is of our favorite homes. Close to the pool and parks. The home is comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and the master bed is a king size. Thanks so much to the owners for letting us use their home!

Very nice cottage, comfortable and fully stocked kitchen

Great place! Just be advised it’s not actually a king sized bed. My husband is 6’8” and a king sized bed is our highest priority. So we picked this place because they advertised a king bed and we contacted the host to make sure and were so excited to find it. However, it's only 6' long as opposed to 6'8 like a typical king. My husband was able to find a cot at Walmart and we made it work. Otherwise the place was very Lakeside lovely! Also note there's no washer and dryer, I assumed there was!

We enjoyed staying at this cottage. Plenty of room and had all that we needed during our multi-week stay.

Great location for pool. Short walk to the lake to walk the trail downtown. Shaded lot. Large deck. Front and side of cottage .

This cottage would be perfect for a family (parents and 2-3 kids). It has a lot of positives (kitchen amenities, efficient air conditioning, comfortable furniture). The upstairs bathroom is in between the two bedrooms with pocket doors. Parents would be able to hear their children if they got up in the middle of the night. The shower in the upstairs was very tiny (smaller than a cruise ship shower) with a low shower head so we were glad for the large downstairs tub/shower combination. The television had a clear picture but only streaming services (no local channels). The owner immediately answered when I sent him a couple questions. If you rent a golf cart be sure to ask for the longest extension cord they have as the outside plug is near the picnic table (not near the driveway). Lakeside is a special place and we had a great time.

First noticed water damaged ceiling tiles and was concerned about mold, but didn't seem to bother our allergies. Overall the house met our needs with tbe two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning was wonderful and very quiet, a great upgrade! Enjoyed everything Lakeside had to offer, which is something for everyone.
