Lakeside 1 in Windermere, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is anenclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, the lake and please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lakeside 1 is a delightful abode from which to enjoy a memorable retreat in Cumbria. Note: Check in is from 4pm, check out at 10am. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: The decking is directly above the lake, please ensure children are supervised.

It takes 30 minutes to walk to Orrest Head to take in the breathtaking vista of far-reaching views over the lake and nearby fells, which served as the inspiration for Alfred Wainwright to create his series of renowned guidebooks. The historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside, and Troutbeck are only a short drive away, while Brockhole, which provides high wire tree top activities, is three miles away.
