We loved the inside of the cottage, it was very clean and beautiful. It had a great view as you can see the lake from the dining table. Host was also helpful and provided us with plastic cups at our request, and gave us a tour. I would definitely recommend.

Overall stay was good. Beds were nice, they have one room with 1 queen, second room with 2 twin beds and one sofa bed in the TV room. Speaking of the TV, the photos might be showing there is one but that's just for decoration as per the host. Water is not drinkable, so need to arrange it ourselves. There was vomit behind toilet seat in powder room when we checked in. Rest of the cabin was clean. The door for backyard deck did not have working locks nor did it have working grill.

The Cottage itself had lots of cobwebs, there were so many bugs in the cottages the HVAC was not working in 2 areas. There was rust in the washrooms and the water was actually brown. The location was very good but so many of these things made the stay a very bad experience.

The place was nice enough. But the water isn’t potable which I feel like should be included on the listing. It would be ok if drinking water in a jug or something was provided but it wasn’t. Water in the sink and shower smelt a little weird and was yellow. Does sleep five as there’s a queen, 2 twins and a pull out couch. But there is no extra sheets and pillows for the pull out and we had to ask for extras. They did provide the extra sheets no problem. Lastly, the door on the patio does not lock. While there’s no gate or anything from the patio but it would be easy to hop the fence of it if someone did want to. Otherwise it was fairly clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was really convenient

The stay was very good in terms of the scenery and location. It was close to a lot of amenities and activities. The host was very nice and friendly. The issues we faced with this location is that it was on a marina and it seemed more as though we were a part of the marina verses really enjoying the seclusion of water and forest. There were no utensils such as a spatula and barbecue was dilapidated with holes on bottom. Towels were minimum and the backyard had weeds growing out of it . They had no outdoor chairs as well so we brought inside chairs outside. The place was clean and spacious and the sounds of nature and little animals were present .Again , we enjoyed our stay but make sure if you rent here you bring paper towels,,toilet paper, and salad bowls and a lot of your home appliances.

Lovely spot. Just surprised that there were no cups, no paper towels or tea towels. No amenities whatsoever. We brought our own coffee maker but could not enjoy a morning coffee. Would love to come back but if you’re traveling you need to bring your own dishes. Weird

Cottage was cuper cute, clean, and spacious. It was so peaceful to sit out back and look out over the marina. We stayed for 1 night to see a concert at Kee to Bala, location was great to the Kee. The deck has no access off of it so you have to go outside and walk all the way around the cottage which is annoying, would be nice to have steps and a little gate even. There are no cooking utensils so if you're planning to cook, bring baking sheets and oven mits. Appiances all work great, everything is in good condition. We would definitely stay here again!

We used this location as a landing spot for a golf tournament weekend at Taboo. Everything was easy from a check in process, Amy and Derek were quite communicative and made sure we had easy entry. It was quite odd to go through a security gate to access this cottage. The cottage is located in a marina between it and a restaurant. So if you're looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. Fair warning. on that regard. The cottage is lacking any plates, cups, cooking pans etc. They did ask if we wanted any, but it was unclear as to what it was for. At that point it felt odd asking for it. But again, fair warning if you're going there and looking to have glasses, or standard kitchen materials, you'll have to request or bring your own. There is no smart TV - bring your own HDMI to connect your computer or other media to their TV if you want to watch anything that's not on a personal screen All in all it's a good spot if you're going to be in the area and need a place to sleep.
