Location very desirable ! House very clean & well equipped. Owner very friendly & good communication. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation !

Great location right on the water. Host was great and made sure everything was right for the stay. We played several board games that were available on site. Fishing off the dock was very convenient.We would come back again.

The view was great. We thought the highway bridge was going to be an issue but not at all it made the view even better in the sunset.

OMG! Scott’s place is truly our happy place! We have rented from him every year for the past 6 or 8 years. Excellent communication, easy check-in, super clean, beautiful view of the lake, and close to local restaurants, library, gas station, supermarket, etc. We valued bringing our dog Snoopy, too. As long as we continue to enjoy good health, we plan on renting once a year for 2-3 weeks at a time. Thanks for everything, Scott! Greatly appreciated!

My husband,sister & brother-in-law enjoyed a Friday & Saturday at this cute cottage on the lake! It was a cold couple of days in October but we had not rented in this area for all of the lake etc. activities that are available, but for quiet & relaxation. We enjoyed a wonderful time & the lake view was perfect from the cottage. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best place to stay on Lake Chautauqua! Gorgeous lake view, very clean, close to everything, friendly host, quiet neighborhood, and the perfect atmosphere.

Simply beautiful! This was my second time staying here! I love it! This trip was a weekend adventure with my sister. The house is centrally located to everything, cozy, clean and great views of the lake. The host, Scott is great! He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I will definitely book again.

A perfect get away! Scott was friendly and communicative and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Which we absolutely did! The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and complete with everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The view from the backyard was breathtaking, especially while watching the sun set. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors themselves were very friendly and welcoming! The morning of check out was bitter sweet. We didn’t want our stay to end! Really looking forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful little cottage on the lake, a perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet. The weather could have been better but a good time was had by all nonetheless.Scott was a wonderful owner to work with. He was attentive to all of our concerns and answered all our pre check in questions. Our only suggestion is that what is expected in regard to cleaning (before checking out) would be listed in the policies.That way, there would be no surprises after we've booked.Overall, this was a very nice place to hang out hats for a few days. We had such a wonderful time staying at the cottage in Bemus point. The house was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, the view is outstanding and we loved the community. Plenty of cute little shops, restaurants and bars overlooking the water to visit. We didn’t get to rent a boat while there because of the rain, but we definitely will next trip.

Quaint cottage w wonderful view of the lake. Sunroom was incredible place to enjoy the property rain or shine. Deck, dock, yard had privacy for pets and people. The one level living was helpful for handicapped father. Second bedroom was small but comfortable. Both beds were very comfortable. Home was very clean. Parking was paved. Home well accessorized. Host very accommodating and pleasant. Home very close to shops. Clean up and end of stay was ok. Knowing in advance was helpful. Supplies were provided.

Property is excellent and location is wonderful and the host couldn’t be more accessible and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves and especially loved the enclosed porch and the views of the water and the dock.

Great lakefront rental near downtown Bemus. Property was as described, has everything you need, and host was accessible and communicative. He kept us informed with all necessary information regarding the property and even the local construction. House has some board games which were nice to have when the weather was cooler. Fishing off the dock was a hit for the teens! Overall, an enjoyable stay! Would rent here again.

Beautiful view of the lake. Back room and deck were fantastic for hanging out, playing games, reading a book and relaxing while looking out over the lake. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

Upon arrival, we were surprised that we would be responsible for completely cleaning the property after our stay. This included changing bed sheets, scrubbing toilets and showers, and sweeping the back deck of environmental debris. I will know to ask these questions next time I rent a house now but these details would have greatly been appreciated in the online listing. The location and cottage itself was great. The sunroom was our favorite part and we spent most of our time there. Communication with the owner prior to and during our rental time was also great.

The cottage was beautiful! Nice view from the back room area. Super clean! Was perfect for my husband, children, and doggies for our short trip. Communication was great! A very well appointed place. Our host was most accommodating! Any question or concern I had was immediately addressed, either by our host or his neighbor. Literal steps from the lake, this cabin included a lovely sun room. It had multiple sofas and chairs and a dining table, an absolutely perfect place for families to gather, while experiencing an unobstructed lake view!This was ideal for a 5 woman getaway!Thank you, Scott, for a lovely weekend.

The house was just as advertised. Clean, beautiful view, very quaint. I’m looking forward to Spring for a short stay. Although the weather was bad, it was still a pleasant experience. Scott should teach a few people about customer service, he actually called instead of texting. very personable.

This was the perfect getaway just far enough to feel like we were away and close enough to make it very convenient. Scott was great with communication. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was great. We will definitely do this again.

After a lot of loss and tragedy, this was the perfect peaceful getaway our family needed! Scott, the host, was particularly hospitable and we had everything we needed, including great windows with a great view. Just be sure to bring tin foil, baggies, condiments, and a smile! They had everything else for supplies and needs, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets :)! We would love to come back and even possibly make this our new family tradition….because it is a beautiful home and location…and this time of year was gorgeous with the leaves! We found this little gem about six or seven years ago and fell in love with it. I call it our happy place! We love it so much that we stay here one or two weeks every year. So many memories have been made and more to be made. ❤️

We enjoyed the area. The property was clean and well stocked with everything needed.

The cottage is cute and cozy and has all the amenities one would need. While it was just the two of us for a 2 night stay, we didn't use most, but this cottage would be perfect for a week stay with the family. Perfect location, and great communication with owner.

Second time staying here. Love the property and location! Short walk or drive to beautiful Bemus Point. Love the front sun room (really nice bonus to this home). Deck and dock are both great. Fire pit right on the shoreline is awesome. Parking is really accommodating to boat trailers as well as multiple vehicles. Phone call with Scott day before the trip was really unexpected and so thorough to help plan our trip and stay. Trust me, you will love staying here!
