Lake Todd Waterfront Cottage

Such a charming house on the lake! We visited my daughter at New England College and this was a great spot. Only 15 minutes to campus. This was perfect for our weekend. Thank you!

The Cottage was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the wonderful view and peace & quiet. My only complaint was the small bathroom. The Appleseed Restaurant nearby was very good for Sunday Brunch.

We had a fantastic, relaxing girl’s weekend! Judy’s cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. It has a nostalgic feel in the best way. It’s the perfect place to go for a swim, relax with a view of the lake and listen to the loons. Will definitely be back!

Very relaxing & comfortable stay. Especially enjoyed the front enclosed sun-room porch area- very cozy. Well stocked cabin too. I might bring my kayak next time. Nice quiet area. Loons on the lake as well.

Had another wonderful stay at this quaint cottage and was extra blessed with beautiful weather to thoroughly enjoy the private beach and lovely lake. Look forward to next year's visit.

Photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful cabin with an outstanding view. Judy is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond making sure her guests have a good experience. The cabin is clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the furniture and beds are comfortable. A host.

Our host judy was great to work with and the property was also! The house was very well stocked - even had flashlights in each room! The beach was groomed prior to arrival and the shed was not only stocked eith beach stuff but it too was super clean. Great extended weekend. Thanks Judy

Great property. A mini-split AC unit would have been great, but everything was clean and nice. We would return. Great communication with the owner.

The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family (3-4). It provides a great location across the road to sit at the water. We had a rainy stay so only got a few minutes there but the front porch was perfect to sit on with coffee and listen to the loons, enjoying the tranquility. We would stay again!!

This was an adorable little stay. The lake front was a quiet time that we needed. Some pros are the location, the size was cozy and not too small. It was clean and the view was lovely. Cons where every single bed was horrible and uncomfortable. There were also no useful amenities within the cottage. She did inform me to bring our own towels but my point still stands that it was lack luster.

Judy’s cottage is the most wonderful place to relax. The summer is not complete without a trip to Newbury. We are yearly visitors and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the cottage and the lake.

Our 3rd time staying here and hopefully not our last. Love the privacy and quiet solitude this property affords. Especially appreciated and took advantage of the additional soft chair options inside the cottage as well as the watercflotstion options this year.

Stayed for a week while participating in the Craftsmen's Fair.

The cabin was very pleasant with a nice view of the lake from the windows on the porch. The kitchen was fully supplied with whatever one might need. The property was easily located and was very quiet. Somewhat disappointed in the swimming at the lake. Near the shore there were small stones but further out there were larger boulders that were not visable. Difficult to walk out to swim.

We could not have been happier with this rental and we’ve been doing our girls weekends for 8 years at different properties. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very sweetly decorated with every thought for the guests’ comfort. We gave it an A+.

Lovely and well maintained cottage. Very peaceful. Stayed here 8 years ago. While I did not use the smart TV, the WiFi was a welcome addition. Clean. Beautiful lake. Only disappointment was that there was no water vessel for use. Kayaks and canoes can be rented nearby, but reservations in advance for this are recommended especially if you are staying over a holiday.

Great spot on a beautiful lake. Cabin was clean and private. The weather was perfect so I spent most of my time on the beach.

Beautiful cabin with a sunroom overlooking the private beach that comes with the property. Within walking distance of the Appleseed restaurant. And a very (very) short drive for your morning Dunkin coffee run. The fire pit on the beach or the charcoal grill in the backyard make for a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lake access for swimming or fishing.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend away.
