Really lovely bright beach house right on a huge dune on Lake Michigan. The instructions were super clear on how to get there and where to park. We loved all of the amenities. The stairs to the beach were sturdy. We ended up walking to the non-stairs public beach entrance just up the street due to ease of access. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. • This property includes 11 cottages and one main house across 8 acres.
• The beach and shared outdoor areas are available for all guests to enjoy.
• Due to recent winter storms, the stairs leading to the upper bluff have been temporarily closed for guest safety while we make improvements.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces.
• Walmart and ALDI are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to pick up groceries, baby essentials, beach gear, or any items you may need during your stay.

No in-unit laundry

Shared laundry is available in Unit #1 near the firepit.

Travel Tip

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected cancellations, weather events, or travel disruptions.

• Only registered guests allowed
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
• Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations may result in a $500 fine.

To ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests, a quick verification may be required after booking through our secure guest portal. This may include confirming contact information, uploading a government-issued ID, and signing a short rental agreement.

The process typically takes less than a minute and helps us comply with insurance and property requirements. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed.
