Important Property Notes

• The 8-acre property includes 11 cottages and one main house
• Outdoor amenities and beach access are shared with other guests
• Due to recent winter storms, the stairs leading to the upper bluff have been temporarily closed for guest safety while we make improvements.
• We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of shared spaces and other visitors.
• Walmart and ALDI are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to pick up groceries, baby essentials, beach gear, or any items you may need during your stay.

Travel Tip

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected cancellations, weather events, or travel disruptions.

• Only registered guests allowed — no unregistered visitors or overnight guests
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM

✦ Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping — is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will apply for violations.
