Lake Michigan cottage private beach access, season begins May 1

The property exceeded our expectations. Especially the location. You can walk out to the waters of Lake Michigan, and the view is stunning. We were also able to have beach bonfires which was a first time experience for everyone in our 4 person party. Just the views and the lake is well worth it. The only downside is that one bedroom had the queen bed for one couple but the other bedroom had small twin beds for us. This is more fitted for a family with kids not couples. But that was minor.

Charming, cozy cottage with a beautiful private beach on Lake Michigan. Nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you could need. The hosts were very welcoming - they greeted us & even had the lights on for us when we arrived! They have TV, internet & Wifi which my grandson enjoyed in the evening. Close to Saugatuck & lots of fun things to do. We loved the cottage & our stay there and hope to come back!

We enjoyed our week long stay. Cottage had a lot of space for our family of 3 and is a short walk to the beach and playground. Beach was sandy and great for swimming. Great location for seeing the sights around saugatuck and South Haven!

This was exactly what I needed. The rental was as listed and amazing. The lake was wonderful. The cabin was great. And the air conditioning worked wonderfully. It was cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed for a couple nights in this comfortable family cottage. A great place to stay to visit Saugatuck and South Haven. Orchards, bakeries, and wineries are easily accessed from here. Having a private beach area is a plus. The hosts live close by and are very accommodating.

Stayed Memorial Weekend with my daughter's. We loved the cottage! There was plenty of room for the four of us. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. The cute yellow cottage, trees surrounding it, and the stairs to the beach gave a whimsical feel to the area. Beautiful sandy Beach that you can walk for a long ways. We would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful stay. Just a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. It has very pleasant surrounding forestry, was peaceful and quiet. The home was very clean and had a true cottage vibe to it. Would love to return in the future.

At after several months of a critical health issue, my husband and I needed a 'get away' and this was a wonderful choice. The cottage provided everything we needed. It was clean...and cute! We were so pleased to find that we were very close to the water - just a short path and a few steps to an amazing beach. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very close to communities for good food and some extra scenery. Thanks for sharing your peaceful cottage. We will be back!

Lovely cottage down short wooded lane to private beach. Great restaurants in Fennville, Saugatuck and South Haven.

My son and I had a great time at this cottage. Many things to do in the area. The beach was very nice.

Only suggestion would be to add laundry facilities. The humidity would not allow beach and bath towels to dry.

We took our two children (5 and 2) and stayed a week for the 4th of July. It was a relaxing time and we had a lot of fun!

Central location perfect for active or lazy really enjoyed the stay

The cottage is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It’s a very short walk through the woods to the lake. The owners are very responsive. We locked ourselves out one day and they immediately took care of us. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little cottage out of the way with private beech access. Close to several other beeches and neat towns to keep you entertained.
