Everything was exactly as described! The house was clean, and well organized. It had everything we needed for some much needed R&R. There was a small hiccup with the Wifi but Linda went above and beyond in communication and getting the issue resolved as soon as possible. Our favorite part was the back deck. The view was serene and just the peace we needed. As an added bonus it is pet friendly so we were able to take along our little Josiah. Great price - Highly recommend!!

Host was easy to work with. Check in and checkout out was smooth, and hose was very nice.

We had a great weekend with the family

Lake view must have been zoomed as once we arrived was not similar. Patio sliding door was very hard to open/close and lock. Noises throughout the night that sounded like someone was trying to open front door. Did not sleep that first night.The bed was uncomfortable and set on a metal frame so getting in and out of bed was trepadious. The tv in that bedroom was NO SIGNAL didnt work. We had to catch stink bugs. There was a kentucky water roach on the floor, its back inside right by the deck door when we woke up Sunday. We left a day early and although the cottage was clean, well stocked, lovely decorated it was not a memorable experience that i would recommend

We are return renters and are very satisfied and happy with the property. We hope to come back again in the future.

Still glowing in the bask of our stay, seriously. It provided exactly what we needed. A beautiful setting, stunning view from main living area, a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, upscale bedding, never had to run to the store realizing we needed a spatula or whatever. The owner was accessible to answer questions immediately making us feel comfortable and welcome! Can’t wait to return and see it during spring and summer. Thank you

Super clean and a gracious, accommodating host. We had a wonderful, relaxing time with a beautiful view of Lake Cumberland. The area has several great restaurants, National Parks and State Parks. Never a dull moment. Highly recommend. Pet friendly too!

Very comfortable, great location overlooking the lake. The Hostess was a pleasure and able to accommodate changes to our schedule.

The flooring in the kitchen really does need replaced, and maybe a better window covers in the second bedroom, too much light comes in from the pole light outside. Trim trees so the branches do not slap against the roof and cause so much noise the customer is not waking up off and on all night.

This spot is an absolute gem! Morning coffee on the deck with a gorgeous view is just what the Dr. ordered. The place was very clean and is pet friendly. Communication was easy with Linda and she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. For me, this place is a 12 out of 10.

Beautiful place

Very nice and very quiet. Deer and squirrels all evening fun to watch. Clean and accommodating.

The cabin was clean and neat with a well equipped kitchen. The best part wast the huge deck complete with a sitting area and a dining table with grill.

My sister and I, along with our husbands, took our parents for three nights to spend time with one another and look back at all of our summer memories spent on Lake Cumberland. Hosts, Linda and Robin, helped make our stay comfortable and relaxing in their beautiful, clean lake cabin. The view of the lake was phenomenal!We are so thankful we booked early. Recommendations will definitely be given for this place to family and friends, with us planning to return ourselves!

The property perfect for my wife and I! With the open kitchen to the living room to the view of the lake, we loved the charm and feel! We spent a lot of time on the big balcony just relaxing with the view of the lake, surrounded by trees, and very private. We’ll definitely try to go back soon!

We had a great time in this clean, cozy cottage. Views were great, beds were comfy, and location was serene, yet still close to town. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was some deferred maintenance - slider from master to deck was difficult to open/close. Deadbolts on door from living room to deck wouldn't open once locked. Lots of dead branches overhanging deck (one came down right next to us while we were there. Host is super conscientious, so sure it will be fixed for next guest.

This little house was just what we needed! It was far enough from town to have privacy and close enough to get anything we needed. We enjoyed the relaxing setting and the house was clean and had everything we needed!

The view was amazing, the location was only 5 miles from town with a pretty country drive, the home was clean, cozy, and charming!

We loved our stay are this charming house with lots of great decorating details! Felt like I was in the Smoky Mountains with a great view of the water! I was able to RELAX and breathe! We will be back!

It rained a lot, but we still had a great time. The property was just as advertised with an amazing view!

We had a long weekend at the cabin and had a very relaxing time. Found a very good restaurant at the Cumberland Grill also cooked some food and all was well. The bed was very comfortable! The couch, not so much. We really liked listening to all the birds and seeing the Lake.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin with a great view located close to town. The hosts were excellent at communication and responded quickly. The deck is the focal point and is great for sitting out and admiring the water, enjoying an evening fire or cooking out dinner. My only complaint is in sleeping comfort. The bed in the main bedroom was so hard the first night that we switched to the other bedroom the second night. In that room, the bed was much better, but the window blind is too small to keep the light out. If you’re a person that likes dark, make sure to bring an eye mask. On a final note, we did take a 17’ Bass boat to this property. As others have mentioned, this is not the ideal property for boats. It was very tricky backing the boat down to the property and then fitting it snug in front of the area you have to park. We were able to do it, but be advised you do not want to turn down to pull into the property or you will have to back out on the main road turn around and back the boat back down. We had to do that, and I had to exit the car and try to guide my husband. Unfortunately, in the process, I stepped in a drainage hole and injured my ankle. Thank God they had a First Aid kit in the house!

Excellent view Very peaceful and quiet

If you are looking for a quiet get away, time on a shady deck, and a view of the lake this is your place! Had everything we needed and what a scenic drive through the country side and farmland to get there. Nice to have the fire pit and grill on the deck. Comfy furniture, the bathroom was in great condition just needs some towel hooks. While the view was beautiful, unfortunately the storms of the past year, have left the woods between the cabin and the lake needing a lot of clean up and attention. Thank you for offering this g great place for rental.

This is a real nice house. It was clean and had all we needed. We loved spending time on the wonderful deck enjoying the wonderful view and quiet. The location is close enough to town. The owner did a great job communicating with me. I appreciated getting a text, making sure everything was alright. I would happily recommend this house to family and friends.
