Lake Front Cottage, 300' of Shoreline, Large Private Pier, and Great Location.

This was the most relaxed & calm I have been in years. I loved sitting on the expansive deck looking at the beautiful, calm lake. The house was perfect. Clean, very well equipped with everything u would need for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. I can’t say enough good things about this lake cottage. The owner was so accommodating & helpful.

10/10 would recommend this property. The house and deck had 180 degree view of the lake and the yard was beautifully maintained. The dock had chairs and a tv so we could sit and relax down by the water while others kayaked or fished. The inside was clean and comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfectly located close to a boat ramp. The covered dock was great for boat storage during the stay. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary items for a few days stay. It was a very cozy environment. The owners were very helpful amd communicated well with us. I would recommend anyone especially a fisherman to stay here. We will be back.

We love this clean, cozy, comfortable cabin! Nicely decorated with a wonderful deck overlooking the lovely lake. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and late afternoon refreshments also. The king bed in the master BR was very comfortable. We visit family in this area often and would love to stay here again. Everything we needed was provided and the Host was excellent. Thank you!

The place was very clean and set up very nicely. The furniture is very comfortable. The views of the lake are beautiful. We visited in the winter, and the weather during our stay was quite cool, so we couldn’t enjoy swimming or kayaking, but in the summer that would be a real plus. I highly recommend this place. If we visit again in the future, I would check to see if it’s available.

It was just as advertised, beautiful and peaceful for a couple or small family.

The cottage has everything you could possibly need. It is comfortable and the view of the lake is outstanding. We loved fishing off the dock and making s'mores by the fire pit. Plenty of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. We will be back!

We enjoyed our short stay immensely. We were able to relax in comfort and enjoy perfect fall weather. Communication with the owner was easy and promptly answered via email. I liked the option to clean myself or pay for cleaning. The house is well stocked - kitchen ,laundry, bathrooms and outdoor equipment. I highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. The entire area was shaded with beautiful trees that also provides privacy and the yard was perfect for night fishing and relaxing in the hammock. Access to the home could not have been easier and communication with the hosts was extremely open and easy. The home was comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our very first trip to Lake Norman. The location is perfect because it offers seclusion, while being close to a variety of restaurants and stores.We are already talking about going back next year and renting this same property!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We only get a vacation every few years and this is the only place we’ve come back multiple times. It is perfect for us. Our kids first started coming here when they were younger and now they are both adults and it’s still their favorite place.

We had such a great time. The large lot gives you so much privacy. The home has all the amenities you need. We will be back again.

Great waterfront location close to outstanding restaurants with a very close boat ramp. The cottage was so pretty, well-kept, peaceful, and comfortable. And what a view! Even more, we cannot say enough about how the host went out of his way to help us when we needed assistance.

Beautiful view of the River. Very chill atmosphere. Lots to do. I loved the swing by the water. Also very high tech with a TV and stereo on the dock. We plan to return as soon as we can!

We came down to visit my son and his family. Worked out perfect. Plus a Valentines getaway with my husband.

Their property is quite peaceful and serene. I especially enjoyed the hammock.

From the time we stepped into this quint cottage my husband loved it!! It was sad it was colder than we had hoped but we still laid in the hammock rolledUp in a blanket and watched the people in boats racing by and watch them fish. The house has everything you need and it is small but never felt cramped. We will definitely be back to experience this in better weather! Can’t wait to try out the kayaks and sit on the dock with a book and a drink!

It’s peaceful and relaxing. It was close to restaurants and other activities. It was a nice 34th anniversary getaway!

My husband and i loved staying at this lake house over Christmas. The view of the lake is awesome! The kitchen has everything needed to make meals. The light switches are labeled very clearly. This house is really cozy and has a beautiful dock and deck with plenty of chairs and ways to enjoy the view of the lake. It also has a fire pit near the lake that is perfect for making smores. We would love to come back in the summer and utilize the dock and kayaks.

We had a wonderful time staying right on the lake with great views. Very roomy 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. We had come down from New England area for a wedding and this was our first time going with a vacation home through Vrbo instead of a hotel. What a great experience! We will definitely do it again

Beautiful property located on Lake Norman shoreline. The property has its own private dock and is located adjacent to quiet cove. The cottage was well furnished and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Although our trip was cut short due to unfortunate circumstances, we enjoyed the location and amenities and would definitely consider returning.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it never fails to meet our expectations. The owners are great to work with. The property is comfortable, in a beautiful setting, convenient and peaceful. It is well equipped with everything we need. A special thanks to Doug and Janet for another great visit.
