Stayed Oct 5, 2023Wonderful lakeside location and a very cute cabin. Very nice host. We knew ahead of time that the well water was not potable, what we didn’t know was that it had a silver smell and was brown. Unfortunately the bed is very old and creaky and not suitable for two people so we used the pullout sofa bed as backup. It was also very uncomfortable and dirty and had no mattress pad. Sheets and blankets were available. Both items need replacing. The cabin also has a terrible moldy smell. We left early because of this.

Stayed Aug 22, 2023My wife and I had a great time. Fran was a gracious host. The use of her boat and kayaks really made it fun. The private beach was also a bonus. Fran recommended some very nice restaurants in the area. We’re looking forward to return in the future.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Fran and her family were lovely hosts. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Before my son and I went fishing, Fran even helped us search for live worms in her yard. Her son also helped by providing advice on gear and technique from his many years of trout fishing.
