Lafayette Creekside Cottage w/Deck Near Downtown &Trail

Our family booked this home for 2 weeks of the messiest part of our home renovation. I didn’t realize how grateful I was for closets and an extra bathroom! Minha and Adam’s attention to detail stands out, and all the thoughtful supplies they left were very appreciated! I gave 4stars for accuracy of description because this place is far better than the modest description - and because it didn’t mention that it shares the property with another location (which led to some confusion). Close to amenities and trail, plenty of parking, clean and tastefully decorated - overall, this place is a win! I’d recommend it, and I’d keep it in mind when family come to visit.

Stayed for a week to visit family nearby. The cottage was a great home base. Very convenient to Walnut Creek and East Bay (Berkeley, etc.). Trail was great to get our excercise in, but also just a cute neighborhood to walk through. Plenty of restaurants and amenities in Lafayette. Cottage was clean and adequately stocked. Very quiet neighborhood.

Lovely creekside cottage, nicely located. Had everything we could need. Easy to get to San Francisco, and Lafayette is a delightful small town.

Our trip to Lafayette was part of a family meet up with those who live near by. We chose the creekside cottage for its location to family in Diablo, 2 bed and 2 bath set up. Also the nearness to the trail and stores/restaurants. The cottage had easy access and reserved parking located in a quiet, cute neighborhood. The hosts were easy to get a hold of, helpful and nice to talk to. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lafayette cottage. Clean and well equipped in a pretty creekside setting. Great location in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful walking trail just steps away.

My husband and I, and another couple travelled from Australia to visit our sons who play basketball for St Mary’s College and we couldn’t have been happier with our 2 week stay! Our experience was seamless - from the initial booking of the property and for the entire duration of our stay. Minha and Adam were very responsive with communication and exceptionally accommodating with our requests. The cottage was very comfortable, located at the rear of the main residence in a quiet street close to shops, restaurants and walking trails. We had a designated parking space and we could come and go as we needed with ease. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the heating was perfect and all the necessities you need whilst being away from home were available - Minha had thought of everything. We loved our stay at the cottage and would definitely recommend the property to friends and family for a short or long term stay! Thank you!!

This creekside cottage has the best location to the Lafayette Walking Trail and the best-appointed kitchen that I have ever rented. We cooked dinner here and had everything we needed. The owners have gone to such lengths to make sure you are happy. We stayed here for 4 nights and were perfectly comfortable. If I needed a place to stay in the charming town of Lafayette, I would stay here!

These hosts have a lovely, well-appointed, sparkling clean Guest House and have perfected the VRBO process and experience. Bravos!
