Cozy contemporary cottage in downtown Lafayette near shops and restaurants

Beautiful little cottage surrounded by flowers, trees, and birds, yet within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Upon arriving, we sent our host, Elly, a text to let her know we had landed. And we also immediately said that we loved it and then asked if we could just stay forever. I think that says it all! The cottage is a peaceful, off-street hideaway with parking right near its doorstep on a cobble driveway. There are food service and shops within a 4 block walk and we took full advantage of that convenience.

We have had a lovely stay at this sweet little retreat. Elly, has been very accommodating and helpful. We hope to be back soon.

This is our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage and it's definitely one of my favorite places to stay! The easy access to downtown and the Lafayette Reservoir are two highlights. The cottage is immaculate and well-stocked. It's comfortable and easy to settle into. Elly is a wonderful host.

We have stayed in many Vrbos and this wonderful cottage was the very best we have ever experienced. We can’t wait to return for another visit. In addition to being in a wonderful wooded setting, it is convenient to downtown Lafayette. Our host has thought of everything to make our stay extremely comfortable providing coffee, snacks and spices for cooking. Perfect location just a few minutes of walking to the restaurants and shops in Lafayette

We were visiting a family and friends and this cozy cottage was the most delightful home-away-from-home! It was super clean, supplied everyday amenities, and washer/dryer. I enjoyed sipping my Philz Iced Mint Mojito and reading my book on the back patio. I highly recommend this location and look forward to booking again soon! Cheers!

This place is a gem. Wonderful location, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen and perfect bed for a good night’s sleep. Amazingly quiet and perfectly clean. Elly is a terrific hostess! I highly recommend it, conveniently located for transport around the Bay Area!

Perfect spot for my daughter and I to stay for my nephews graduation in Lafayette. Clean, quiet, cute and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved the side patio area for morning coffee. Would stay again.
