Kozy Kottage on private road. 2 minute walk to private beach. Pet friendly!

Loved the privacy, peace and quiet! Extremely clean and homey! Nice size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Also, loved the porch with ceiling fans. Very nice to sit out there and peacefully enjoy nature. Only criticizm was the bed. Like most married couples, we are used to a king size bed. We were unable to adjust to a full size. A queen would be more than sufficient.

The property was great. Never got the Wi-Fi to work. The network was not listed. Location is great to get to the beach and lots of places to eat. The bed is a full size. Would have been nice to have at least been a queen size for a little more room. Overall great place to stay.

Excellent, except for the wait for hot water1/2 mile walk to a nice restaurant

Overall everything was great. One comment was the hot water took awhile to generate. This was expected per the host comments but a lot of water was wasted until hot water became available. The other comment was the neighbors were present and their noise and presence was noticeable at times.

Kozy Kottage was clean and well appointed as described. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The location is ideal for easy access to the beach and the bay. The hosts were great with communication and their attention to details made this a most enjoyable vacation. A trip to the Venice Audubon rookery is a must for bird lovers. Beachcomber restaurant was a favorite spot for a sandwich and a drink while watching the boats in the bay. Manasota Key is truly one of our favorite places.

We were looking for a quiet week sitting on the beach, getting away from winter. The property was perfect! Owners next door checked up on us to make sure everything was fine. They had great restaurant suggestions. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time, great location and is just as advertised. Lots of sunlight, great deck and very clean. Great beach access and sunsets were perfect. We would stay again.

It was quiet and peaceful and exactly what I needed on my sabbatical. I was able to get some much need led rest.

Kottage very clean. Had everything needed and more. The walk to beach was quick. We have been going to Englewood for over 28 years. This is first time at this place. The other places we stay were detroyed by Milton last year. Kozy Cottage maybe our new place to stay in Englewood. Host trrrific and attentive to our needs.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed in VRBO, direct beach access across the street, manatees every evening on the bay side and so quiet and peaceful day and night! Communication was amazing for check in/out and also quick responses with any questions we had. The cottage itself was nicer than expected and plenty of space for 2 ppl.

Everything was great except the grill was dirty and we had to clean it. But we loved the apartment and the area! We will use again.

Owner easy to work with. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants in town.
